The staff were as helpful as can be, the quality of the amenities to make the stay comfortable was higher than I have typically seen. Probably the nicest place we stayed on our whole European vacation. My only have one thing that I could not figure out and was not so great was the lights in the room since they controlled right inside the door and they’re not labeled, I always have to guess all these many buttons to try and get the right lights on. I wish there was some solution for that.

I really enjoyed staying in Matosinhos instead of main Porto. It has a quieter, more calm feel. The staff were amazing and room was cleaned beautifully everyday! We used the gym each day! Fantastic! Thank you so much!

everything was very good and according to .4 stars hotels, room was 4+ . The only problem hotel is faced is the supply of hot water in shower at traffic hours. There are times not hot water in tabs and this need to get focus from management. Iam sure they know the issue. However our stay was perfect as location and hotel is superb. See you next time !

Perfectly situated to enjoy the seafront promenade, The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The rooms are well appointed and tea and coffee making facilities are very welcome. Blackout curtains and big comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep. The light switches are a mystery - lots of trial and error. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by. The underground parking is convenient though the access ramps are a little challenging. Access to the hotel is via a lift to the reception. Check in was friendly and efficient. This was our third annual visit for the Porto Orchid Show

Great experience, staff very friendly, helpfull and upbeat. Hotel does have interior parking but almost impossible to enter...a mercedes wagon won't be able to enter as the angle is tight and turning. We Were lucky to park on the street but we had the inconvinience to bring to the hotel 6 pieces of luggage as we didnt want to leave in car, just in case.other than that I truly recommend, tons of great restaurants, near rhe icean/beach (two blicks away) great boardwalk. I ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
