This hotel was perfect for our 4 days in Porto. The location is fantastic and so central to everything in the city. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved it!!

Location was excellent. Breakfast foods were fresh and tasty and staff in breakfast room friendly. We had an issue with our room not being cleaned one day with housekeeping staff saying we left note not to clean room that was not true. The manager on duty dealt with issue promptly and appropriately so I don’t fault the hotel.

Perfect location for the price. I think the guy in the front was called Andre but the guy who checked us in was so lovely. We had a problem with our door where it had to be broken to get it and he helped us with that no problem. Place was clean the rest of the staff was so nice

The front desk staff were so excellent and so helpful. They even checked me into my room early gave me a big beautiful corner room with luxurious windows. It was immaculate had all the amenities the bed was one of the most comfortable. I’ve slept in in Portugal the next morning, they have breakfast on their roof Rooftop Terrace, which was a beautiful spread and a beautiful view this place. I will definitely return to and recommend my friends.

Our room was very clean, well decorated, with high ceilings and Juliet balconies. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was central, and easy to walk or get to the train station. I highly recommend this property and would stay again.

The hotel is well located near the metro and train station. Breakfast is very good but make sure you don’t have an early tour on the weekend because breakfast starts at 8:00 and even if you paid for breakfast they won’t reimburse you or offer something to go. Lots of construction around the hotel even on weekends and during the night which you can hear from the rooms.
