Very convenient for a flight from Porto

You can easily walk from Hotel Aeroporto to the airport. We liked the place and I particularly appreciated that there was a bathtub and not just a shower in the bathroom, something that is not so common in Europe. We were also grateful for the possibility to have breakfast very early as we wanted to be at the airport by 7:15.

This was booked because it's next to the airport (walking distance 10mins). Overall the hotel is a bit dated and you notice that on the interiour. My main discomfort where: The airco of the people above us was dripping on our airco unit outside making a LOUD noise (able to fix it by putting a towel on the dripping spot). The shower is within the bathtub, what is often the case, but it's so narrow, and no antislip mat (wanna be save sit down when you want to shower...) The bed.... the matres is HARD with springs in your everywhere, to the point that i even had bruises after 1 night sleeping, well laying awake... Please invenst a bit more in sleeping comfort... I think for most people this is the number 1 thing that needs to be good "sleeping" Further then that, nice location, more silent from airplanes then i expected, and plenty of restaurants within a 5-10min walk. This was just a brief stop as we had a flight early the next morning, but the receptionist was super helpful and made us a fantastic toasted sandwich on arrival.

Great for an airport stay

I was in late into the airport and walked to the hotel. Check in was fast and friendly - the room was small but comfortable. I slept well and the breakfast was excellent for 6.50 Euro's. Great and reasonable for a hotel stay.
