The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were spacious with so much character! The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast was delicious and included in the stay,
I can’t say anything but great things about this hotel. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
location couldn’t be better, I had a lovely room, the staff is incredible and they made me feel very welcome
We had such a great stay at Nolia! The staff was amazing and so helpful with anything we needed. The room was so nice! This hotel made you feel at home.
We stayed for 2 nights. The room was beautiful and so clean. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable. The location was fantastic for access to Porto old town. We would highly recommend this hotel.
The room was beautiful and clean. The staff were helpful. My only comment is the breakfast - I think their staff needs help if they’re offering a buffet breakfast. 2 people working the kitchen and the guests are not enough.
Amazing boutique hotel on a quiet side street. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries and stores a short walk away. Breakfast is included and delicious. Our room had floor to ceiling windows looking out to the street with a balcony. Entire property is clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and answered all of our questions. You get a free glass on wine at check in!
This was one of the nicest, spacious and comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at in all of Europe. The room was lovely. The shower was excellent. The entire hotel was extremely clean. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They served a free delicious, healthy, fresh breakfast every morning. Unfortunately, on our last day, our flight was too early for breakfast so they made up a to go box for us which included bottles of water and bottles of juice. I highly recommend this boutique hotel and plan to return someday.
The hotel was gorgeous. Everything was super clean and the decor was beautiful. Our room was very big and had access to a terrace that overlooked the street. The hotel staff was amazing. Rita gave us wonderful food recommendations and was so helpful during our stay.
The location is also perfect. You are only a five-minute walk from the train station. You are very close to the big pedestrian shopping streets, and a short walk down to the river. There are tons of good restaurants and shops nearby.
We only wished we could've stayed longer. If we come back to Porto we are absolutely staying here again.
This was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip to Portugal. The hotel was very modern and was beautifully designed. Staff was very kind and even walked us to our room and gave us a room tour upon check-in. One downside is that some rooms (including ours) did not have an elevator to our room so we needed to carry our bags up the stairs. We had no issues with this, but something to keep in mind. Overall, loved our stay here and will definitely be back (if the prices don’t go up).
Bianca checked us in, she was very friendly, helpful and professional - as were all the staff. The breakfast had a nice selection. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location. Our shower did leak and flooded the bathroom floor the first time it was used. We became more strategic the rest of our stay to try and avoid it happening again. Unsure of this was just our room or an issue with the seal and or drain in all showers. I woke one hesitate to recommend.
