Very happy with room and very friendly and helpful staff. Not alot around the property but they do have restaurant and bar. Only feedback is the transportation service driver they set up for us to go to airport did not take credit card deapite us being told they did. Other than that would stay again if in area.

Comfortable hotel a few minutes walk from Campanha station. We had to wait five minutes for a breakfast table because a tour party had occupied them all.

Great staff, good breakfast included, easy private parking above the street, nice rooftop swimming pool. Relaxed vibe. Only drawback was the lack of air conditioning , but we were there during a rare heat wave

Beautiful, clean hotel. Loved the balcony! Also a plus to have the restaurant open for dinner as very limited options close. Great convenience to train/bus stop! Just a bit of a walk to the town center, restaurants, etc. great staff!

Perfect and near the train station
Just a one night stay on a transfer from a bus from Madrid to a train to Coimbra, wish it was longer. Very wonderful hotel. Up a bit of a hill from the train station but very close. Front desk guy was super nice. Room was perfect. All marble bath. We opted for dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and it was excellent.

The front desk staff members were very accomdating and welcoming. It looks like the hotel is new so everything was in immaculate condition and the modern design was well done.

Close to the train station. Great and clean rooms and bathroom. Getting low star due to locking the air unit. Have to call front desk and the would control it from there. Also very tide on toiletries.

Excellent hotel to stay in Porto
Modern rooms, massive showers, very friendly staff. Excellent cleanliness and our towels and toiletries got replaced in a daily basis. Location about 20 mins walk from city centre also metro stop about 5 mins away and bus stop right outside the hotel. We would definitely choose this hotel when staying again in Porto.

Sehr schönes und neuwertiges Hotel
Das Hotel ist direkt oder über einmal Umsteigen (Trindade) gut erreichbar vom Flughafen mit der Metro (4 Zonen lösen, Blaue Andante Karte für Touristen). Zeitweise gibt es auch direkte Bahnen zum Flughafen (Station Heroísmo), diese ist wohl erst kürzlich eingeführt worden und Online nicht ersichtlich. Das Hotel hebt sich doch sehr vom Quartier ab, das fängt beim Eingangsbereich an. Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer im 5. Stock (505) zur Strasse war sehr schön und alles scheint neuwertig. Schöne Aussicht. Für mich muss es ruhig sein, was es grösstenteils war. Das Bett war angenehm inkl. Kissenauswahl. Lärm von aussen ist kaum zu hören. Leider sind es einzig die anderen Gäste die ab und zu nicht Rücksicht nehmen wollen, wie mit harten Schuhen im Zimmer herumlaufen, das werde ich wohl nie verstehen. Warum nicht einfach im Zimmer die Schuhe ausziehen, ist doch auch besser als Strassendreck im Zimmer verteilen. Ansonsten alles gut und sehr schön. Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr gut. Einzig vielleicht das normale Brot habe ich etwas vermisst. Es gab meistens verschiedene Toast Brote. Der Weg ins Stadtzentrum ging ich immer zu Fuss, ist doch sehr gut machbar und meist alles sehr eben. Der Bus würde sonst auch vor dem Hotel halten und ja die Metro ist sehr nahe und günstig. 1-2 Zonen Ticket für die ganze Stadt auf Andante Karte Aufladen kostet 1.30 Euro. Das Hotel kann ich nur sehr empfehlen.
