Excellent location. Basically in the middle of the attraction that we were going. Room is clean. One thing is the shower door doesn’t close shut so water leaks to the floor outside if you use shower head. But the staff clean the room everyday so it’s not a big problem for us. A recommend stay!!!

This hotel is located right in the historic section of Porto, making it very easy to see the Old City. It has an interesting decor of bridges. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food and it was well prepared.

I booked the hotel specifically how central everything is . I also booked a room with a city view for a specific reason, I really wanted to immerse myself in the beauty of why I came to Porto while enjoying my early morning coffee. Upon checking in, i quickly realized I got the opposite of a room with the city view, In fact I’m staring at an ugly brick wall. The front desk tells me that that’s the only room that they have because they’re fully booked. She told me to email her manager if I wanted the price accommodation which I did and heard nothing back. That was my first experience of coming to Porto, I did not let that spoil my trip in the city however, I will never stay at this hotel again. Although if you’re looking for a more modern sort of medieval vibe hotel, it’s not too terrible.

The hotel and breakfast was very nice. Unfortunately it's right next to all the construction for the metro station. This has been this way for over 5 years. No one told us. We had a street side room and very noisy during the night with people yelling.
