Room was small but we asked to upgrade and were able to get a larger room at a small cost. Very close to beach, bars and transport. Cafe underneath was very handy and pleasant.
Easy check-in . Clean room, aircon was spot on! Bed was comfy and they had me checked in early. The location of the property is right next to their tram systems so it can get noisy.
Stayed only 1 night instead of the 8 days due to family emergency. And yet they offered no refund whatsoever. Lost out on money.
Heads up, the reception is located opposite road. There is a tourism tax you pay on your arrival which they dont tell you at all..
Fantastic location to stay in Matosinhos, but tiny rooms like a cell. The room had a clean, comfortable bed and a good tv, but no window, nobedside tables or lamps. The only lighting came from a skylight, one bright led in the entryway, and the bathroom. Inexpensive compared to a hotel, but nothing close to hotel service.

Noisy
The location of the hotel is great to stay.In the center very close to the shops and also the beach. And also the ambiance af the hotel is very nice buy unfortunately because its an old place, the floor makes noise when you walk. Therefore in the hall or in the room when you or somebody walks it makes noise alot. And also because its on the main road its very noisy.

The staff (Bruno) was really really nice and helpful. Greatly appreciated his help. Thanks !
Room was very clean and recently renovated… but The room and bathroom were very small. And the window is facing a wall :(. Quite unpleasant.
Isolation is bad, and so you can hear TV or any noise/loud voices of other rooms.
I stayed in a property 1/2 block away from the main property. It was fantastic! Two queen beds, one in a private bedroom. Super clean, comfortable beds and pillows, nice sheets, great shower, huge kitchen which I didn’t need but it was nice, all up-to-date. This would be a great place for a family of four including a room that would let kids run around. Both TVs were really great with lots and lots of channels. It has some interesting Decor that was fun like a cabin. But what was the best part? The BUFFET in the main building! It was amazing. Holy Cow! The coffee machine had 8 types of freshly made coffee. I had the Americano. I wish I had stayed here the whole time I was in Porto. I will next time. Highly recommend for everybody. Met a lot of nice people, some were walking the Camino, great conversations. It was lovely. A+++
Location was great, apartment tiny but doable. But, there was a mix up at check in (we were on day many of different hotels/hostels) and didn’t realize the front desk didn’t charge us upon check in. The manager knocked on our door, very obnoxiously, at 11:15 PM and was very angry. Acting as if we we were trying to swindle him and his English wasn’t good so I was very confused (I had been deep asleep).

It was a bit noisy at night time, but that just added to the lively atmosphere! The ladies chatted all night till 3am - no soundproof walls. Unfortunately, the linens weren't quite ready when we checked in, but maybe the laundry facility was just a bit behind schedule. Despite that, the place was clean. The breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were absolutely fantastic!
Good location and only a short walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. The bakery downstairs is convenient for coffee/breakfast. Room was very compact but enough space to store my luggage and comfortable for a short stay.
Room was clean although a very small and basic location was ideal plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, Metro station right outside. Perfect for a 3/4 night stay.
Me and my friends all had the most amazing experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful with all of our questions and requests. The cleaning of the rooms was impeccable and the overall quality made a wonderful impression on our stay here.

Way too small.
Good for one person
No water or shampoo
Bring all your own
No hair dryer
Minimalist for sure.
Very cute property and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There is a restaurant right down stairs and it can get a little loud with the diners outside so if you want it quiet this might not be the spot for you, they also should provide the name of the receptionist area when they message you with the check in instructions cause we had some trouble finding the place to check in when the uber dropped us off.
Out side of Porto but right next to tram- a lovely tiled building -
Comfy except my room was so tiny
But for the price it was fine - everyone at reception was great -
It’s easy to access Porto from here
