A very nice hotel. It is situated opposite the old town of Porto and offers some amazing views. We stayed there with two kids and had a huge room. Staff were very friendlly and helped with restaurant reservations etc. Will certainly come back.

Our suite was very comfortable for 3 of us. Plenty of room. Very quiet and private. We liked the upstairs lounge area. The staff were really helpful and nothing too much trouble. I loved the Claus Porto toiletries. The food in the hotel restaurant, Pot and Pan is fantastic. Fine dining at very fair prices. I would love to come back to this stylish haven.

An outstanding hotel. Room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. All the staff were excellent and the service was impeccable. The breakfast range was extensive and all really tasty. We loved this hotel! My friend stayed her and told us we needed to book here for our trip…and we are so glad we did. We had the best sleep. Beds were so comfy and it was quiet! It was a little walk or taxi to the main sights but it was definitely worth it for the views and the quiet staying on the Gaia side. The rooftop patio was the icing on the cake! Thanks to all staff who were so lovely and professional.
