What a beautiful hotel, right in the heart of everything. Staff were amazing and tried to help with everything from dinner reservations and recommendations, to sights we must see. The breakfast option was great, really great selection to get your day started. 10/10 would stay here again and again.

By far one of the best hotels stays that I have ever experienced. The hotel is situated in a wonderful, central location. The staff are ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and anticipatory of your needs. The bar is well appointed. The beds are PHENOMENAL and the rooms pretty quiet, even during the World Cup games occurring. I cannot wait to return.

I love this hotel. We booked the suite which came with litters perks which were not mentioned at the time of booking. We thought that’s was a lovely surprise. Perfect location, amazing food and wine. A spa service and a pool just amazing. A 24 hour desk with room service; top notch. I will stay in this hotel on my next visit to Portugal. Thank you wine and books hotel team.

Maria in front desk was particularly helpful, getting us into fully booked restaurants and helping with itinerary and inspiration-what a gem👌 Negative(minor) the en-suite toilet leaves nothing to the imagination, very echoey to the partner still in bed🤔😬 Lovely pool & sauna area.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is stunning, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, always happy to offer recommendations on things to do around Porto. We stayed for four nights and had already planned a packed itinerary, so unfortunately we didn't get the chance to unwind in the spa. Instead, we spent some time at the rooftop bar, which offered wonderful views across the city. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety to choose from. The only minor downside was some noise from the lively atmosphere in the streets behind the hotel, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights until the early hours. That said, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get back to sleep and ensuring we still had a great night's rest. Overall, we would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto.

I very much enjoyed staying at the hotel, it was in a convenient location and the staff was excellent. I would say the only downside was the toilet and shower stalls. Both of the stalls have glass doors, which are see through and do not close securely. If you’re staying by yourself it’s fine but if you’re sharing a room, you have next to no privacy. I would not choose it again if I was sharing.
