The staff and the pre-communication was excellent! We really loved the apartment - super clean, modern and adorable. The location was excellent being right near a metro station, a block from the central market in Porto and many options for shopping and dining. An excellent experience all around - thank you!

Hands down this place has to be the most professional establishments I have ever encountered. The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying here!

This property is located in a central location. It gets busy in the area but not disruptive. The apartment is adequately furnished and comfortable. The downside is that there is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage it can be difficult to get it upstairs. Sometimes, we heard other guests slamming doors or speaking loudly in the hallway but for the most part, it was quiet. The staff responded quickly and professionally to any questions or concerns and they immediately addressed them. The staff was always pleasant. I would recommend this property.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Capella YOUROPO apartment, and I must say, it was an experience to remember! Nestled conveniently near the bustling Bolhão Market and the stunning St. Catherine Church, adorned with its iconic blue tiles, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the heart of the city. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staffs . They were incredibly helpful, providing us all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. The apartment itself is charming and well-appointed, making it an ideal retreat after a long day of sightseeing. However, our only critique would be the sofa. While it adds to the overall aesthetic of the space, we found it a bit uncomfortable for lounging. After a day filled with exploration and walking, a cozy sofa to sink into while sipping a glass of wine and watching television would have been the perfect way to unwind. Despite this small drawback, our stay at Capella YOUROPO was delightful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the vibrant culture and history of the area. With its prime location, warm hospitality, and comfortable amenities, this apartment is a wonderful choice for any traveler!

Great location....Middle in the town!

It is a very nice apartment in a busy area, close to all interesting things. You can easy reach everything by walk. The streets are noisy, but when you close the windows...totally quiet....that is perfect. For sure we will rent the apartment again.

Lucked out on this apartment!

Modern, clean, well laid out studio, perfectly situated in a bustling, safe neighborhood, offering all the restaurants and shops you could want. Around the corner from the Bolhao metro, which has a direct line to the airport (35 minute ride). 15-20 minute walk to Ribeira waterfront. Can be a bit noisy at night, but there are soundproof windows if you want quiet. Located on the second floor in a building with no elevator. Apartment smells a little musty, but I think that’s what you get in most older properties, even if they’re renovated. There is also the sewer smell wherever there is plumbing, but I have found this in many other European countries. Staff speaks English and bends over backwards to accommodate. Very impressive overall.

Outstanding reception staff- great location.

Havde en aften problemer med at få de ydre persienner ned. Spurgte over Whatsapp receptionen om der var en løsning/ nødstop, som vi ikke kunne finde- og i løbet af få minutter kom Julieta og hjalp! Super service. Ligger i et livligt område lige ved Capela das Almas og Mercado do Bolhão, men det høres ikke inde i lejligheden.

Très bon séjour d'une semaine dans l'appartement bien équipé et très bien situé. Bonne communication avec l'accueil dont les conseils étaient appréciables. Neuf, propre, classe. Appartement spacieux. Nous avons été surclassé car il y avait un problème pour nous accueillir dans l'appartement initial. Vi fik en enestående modtagelse , selv om det var midnat. En fantastisk kommunikation og service under hele opholdet. Vi fik en anden og splinterny lejlighed uden ekstra gebyr,- Den første var også ok, men man ville gerne afprøve det nye sted. Alle vi var i kontakt med gjorde deres bedste, for at vi skulle føle os godt tilpas og trygge.

L’appartement est très bien situé, nous avons pu faire beaucoup de choses à pieds. Le lit est confortable, il y a des rangements et les personnes que nous avons au téléphone agréables. Je trouve dommage que la salle de bain ne soit pas entretenue Que ce soit au niveau de la douche et de la fenêtre mais aussi le meuble. Il manque des torchons pour essuyer. Je pense qu’une petite rénovation est nécessaire. Malgré cela nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Attention le logement est uniquement accessible à pied car situé dans la rue piétonne, un parking est accessible au centre commercial à 50 m, concernant le paiement si vous restez au moins une journée et que le prix dépasse 10 euros par jour, il vaut mieux payer à la caisse au 6 éme étage et non aux caisses automatiques. Ils ne prennent pas la CB.
