Férias frustadas no Sueds Segundo Dil

Hotel muito fraco..Deixa muito a desejar quanto a estrutura e atendimento..Sempre faltava funcionários e os que trabalhavam não tinham boa vontade.. Ex: limpeza do quarto, só colocavam sabonete e shampoo se a gente pedia..As vezes faltava reposição de toalhas e papel higiênico.. Restaurante sempre com mesas e chão sujo..Poucos funcionários trabalhando.. Café da manhã sem resposicao de itens..Se chegava tarde já não tinha mais algumas coisas como por exemplo granola, bolacha, iogurte .No almoço ou janta ( tinhamos pensão completa)constava prato de filé mignon mas estava em falta..Chegou no fim da nossa estadia.. Limão para colocar na água também faltou.. Quando reclamavamos diziam que a culpa era dos fornecedores. Toalhas de quarto e piscina no domingo não foram entregues .. Foi muito boa, porém o chuveiro estava com vazamento, mesmo após fechar bem o registro. outro ponto a se destacar é questão de não ter muitas opções de restaurantes a noite nas proximidades do hotel, mas no geral foi muito bom.

Hotel decepcionante, não vale o que cobra.

Trata-se de um hotel antigo, que foi comprado pelo grupo Sueds, o qual fez pequenas melhorias. Quarto sem locais para guardar roupas, banheiros antigos, água não esquentou, foi preciso mudar de apto. Ar condicionado ok. Limpeza realizada apenas se pedir. Pernilongos em excesso. Piscina não aquecida. Café da manhã apenas básico, igual todos os dias. Jantar bem mediano. Boa localização, próximo a boas cabanas de praia. Não voltaria ao local.

Muito bom.

Hotel muito bem situado, funcionários prestativos. Só pedi para trocar as toalhas e saí de lá sem esta troca. Não sabia que a limpeza do quarto tinha que ser agendada e a troca de toalhas também. Más no geral foi muito boa a estadia. para quem gosta de agito sugiro programar saídas à noite pois perto do hotel não tem nada à noite.

Mesmo lendo os comentários, fiz uma reserva inicial de 2 diárias porque fiquei insegura quanto a escolha, já que não conhecia o hotel. Porém chegando lá resolvi ficar mais 5 dias porque o hotel é ótimo. A limpeza, alimentação, a praia em frente ao hotel são incríveis. O melhor atendimento que recebi nas incontáveis viagens que faço frequentemente. Recomendo muito, voltarei com certeza. Vocês me conquistaram

Localização excelente! Atendimento rápido e acolhedor. Café da manhã atendeu as nossas necessidades. O ponto negativo foi a descarga do banheiro que estava quebrada, avisei e não consertaram, bem como a limpeza que precisava ser solicitada 24 horas antes e eu não sabia. Talvez o atendente tenha falado e eu não tenha prestado atenção. Ficaria lá novamente.
