Casa in zona tranquilla, un pò fuori mano, il proprietario persona disponibile e gentile, due appunti da fare: le porte interne non si chiudono sembrano gonfire o fuori squadra, al nostro arrivo un forte odore di chiuso andava arieggiata qualche ora prima. In bagno il minimo indispensabile, phon da viaggio in dotazione non adeguato per i capelli delle donne, consiglio uno leggermente più grande e performante se non si vuole stare delle ore per asciugarsi i capelli. Nel complesso esperienza positiva.

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpito dalla sistemazione, il signor Roberto è una persona gentilissima si è messo a disposizione per ogni problema, la casa domina una piccola altura e ha una verandina spaziosa dove puoi consumare i pasti ammirando il mare. La casa è essenziale e confortevole e si può posteggiare l'auto abbastanza vicino per cui comodo per caricare e scaricare, ad 1 o 2 chilometri c'è un supermercato con orari buoni per chi passa tutto il giorno al mare. Lo consiglio per le famiglie

Luogo ideale per trascorrere un soggiorno in questa splendida isola: posizione centrale, ottima per muoversi in piena libertà e raggiungere i vari posti; l'appartamento è pulito, in un ambiente curato e carino e con tutto il necessario; il proprietario, Roberto, è davvero gentile, discreto e disponibile! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, se torneremo all'Elba torneremo sicuramente anche qua!

Relax all'Elba

Siamo stati veramente bene nell'appartamento, il proprietario veramente gentile e disponibile, ci siamo sentiti come a casa, non è sul mare ma a noi all'Elba piace anche goderci la campagna tra ulivi e vigneti e andare poi in giro per le varie spiagge. Posto rilassante e tranquillo

A parte l'inizio, perché l'agenzia dell'Elba che si occupa della casa non ha potuto mandarci la mail, visto che Hotels.com non gliel'aveva fatta avere, e, quindi, le indicazioni su come muoverci non ci sono arrivate, per il resto è stato tutto perfetto! Il complesso è dotato di alcuni mini appartamenti molto funzionali, con angolo cottura (pentole ecc. anche se la caffettiera per due persone era enorme), tv, bagno, letto.. insomma, tutto il necessario! Non è lontanissima dalle spiagge, nel senso che con la macchina o qualsiasi mezzo ci si può muovere tranquillamente. Era pulitissima e il gestore è una persona molto affabile e simpatica. Che dire.. ci siamo trovati benissimo!! Lo consigliamo assolutamente!! Eravamo solo in due, ma è l'ideale anche per chi va in famiglia o con amici.
