Hotel Jaguar was a nice new property. The staff was great! Extremely helpful and informative. They offer a city tour which was a really nice touch and a hotel shuttle included in your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

I liked the area around the cathedral for dining options and shopping and the pilgrims mass. All of the staff was great and Sandra was especially helpful.

Wonderful place! The ming size bed was nice and to US standards. The location is great. And most importanly the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating!

First, this 35 room hotel has been entirely restored to its original Art Deco form, including cork floors in the room, beautiful marquetry floors in the lobby, elegant furniture and art work in the lobby and bar. Great property for a visit to Fatima

Beautiful property in a very walkable part of Porto. The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff were so friendly. We did a mother daughter trip and loved being able to sit on the balcony off our room or at the rooftop bar and enjoy some wine and the sunset in the evening.

I loved this hotel so much! I did not want to leave. I actually felt very down the day we checked out. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never had such impeccable care. It was above and beyond. Every staff member was at our service. The view and location were amazing. It was a very quiet retreat to return to and within walking distance of everything. A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, however, be aware of lack of privacy if traveling with friends or family members, the shower is all glass and visible from all angles of the room, the toilet a bit better but not totally private either. Super clean. Very friendly staff -ask them anything they will help you. Don’t buy water- you can ask for extra bottles of natural water and they will bring to the room. There will is robes and slippers in the room. There’s a small safe and a mini fridge/bar. Rooms are cleaned daily. Staying in a Tagus Marina house boat was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The house boat was nice clean with comfortable beds the only critique would be that the living room could have had more comfortable seating options after a long day of exploring Lisbon. It was a fantastic hotel. The location can't be better and the hotel staffs were very helpful and polite. We could walk around the old Alfama area. We also got tips form the hotel reception. We had a early check out and the hotel staffs arranged breakfast box for us. Would certainly recommend this hotel for everyone.
