Excellent beautiful property Staff extremely nice

Hotel Jaguar was a nice new property. The staff was great! Extremely helpful and informative. They offer a city tour which was a really nice touch and a hotel shuttle included in your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

I liked the area around the cathedral for dining options and shopping and the pilgrims mass. All of the staff was great and Sandra was especially helpful.

Great property for a visit to Fatima

Beautiful property in a very walkable part of Porto. The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff were so friendly. We did a mother daughter trip and loved being able to sit on the balcony off our room or at the rooftop bar and enjoy some wine and the sunset in the evening.

I loved this hotel so much! I did not want to leave. I actually felt very down the day we checked out. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never had such impeccable care. It was above and beyond. Every staff member was at our service. The view and location were amazing. It was a very quiet retreat to return to and within walking distance of everything. A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service. Super clean. Very friendly staff -ask them anything they will help you. Don’t buy water- you can ask for extra bottles of natural water and they will bring to the room. Out of all the hotels that I have ever stayed in Europe, the Grande Real Villa Italia & Spa was the best hotel! Located in a beautiful beach community, this location is ideal for a wonderful outdoor pool and close to the water for beach adventures. It was a fantastic hotel. The location can't be better and the hotel staffs were very helpful and polite. We could walk around the old Alfama area. We also got tips form the hotel reception. We had a early check out and the hotel staffs arranged breakfast box for us. Would certainly recommend this hotel for everyone.

The rooms were lovely, staff friendly and helpful. Rafaela made excellent recommendations for dinner and offered to make reservations. The breakfast buffet was included and delicious. We loved walking everywhere
