Dirt and stains

Nice hotel in deplorable maintenance conditions. Dirtiest carpets and couches I've ever seen. Carpets in the hallways and within the bedrooms had deep stains all throughout. Our mattress and bedsheets had stains on them as well. It's really a pity because the property has potential, but evidently the decision has been made to not invest a dime in maintaining it.

Aluguei um quarto triplo superior, pelo qual paguei, para a minha estadia com um casal de filhos adultos, e me deram uma cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro de armação q nao adaptava o colchão. Sem ao menos me pedir desculpas e nem devolução de valores. Quando fui indagar me disseram q só tinha este quarto. Pessimo relacionamento.

Pelo valor pago, o hotel oferece pouquíssimas coisas, o café da manhã é bem fraco não condiz com o restante do hotel, nem o valor da diária condiz com o café da manhã. Outros hotéis na cidade oferecem a mesma coisa pela metade do valor ou menos.

Falta de preparo!!

Tivemos problemas com o pagamento da conta. A recepção não sabia lidar com a cobrança do IVA, e primeiro aceitou pagamento em dólar não cobrando o IVA e mesmo cumprindo todas as condições de isenção, nos obrigou a pagar o IVA. Faltou capacitação e boa vontade da recepção.

Wonderful Hotel

I had a wonderful 3 nights at this hotel. Check in was quick, I was on the 8th floor so had a great view of the city. My room was really big, there were several movie channels in English. The bathroom was clean, plenty of towels and hot water, shower gel, body lotion and shampoo was all given. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice buffet style. The front desk helped me get a taxi to the train station to cross into Paraguay. Many thanks for the lovely stay.

Well located hotels

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days in January for a business stay. The hotel overall was great, food, service, location,etc with exception to the very old carpet. Not a deal breaker, but not expected.
