Upon arrival at 1:30pm, the pool had not been cleaned. The server/ wait staff took too long to acknowledge their guests. They all disappeared into the kitchen. The tv in the room did not work - problems with the internet. Only amenity in the bathroom was a trial size bar of soap. Definitely not staying ...

Very nice stay! Everything is walking distance! They just forgot it was 2 guests and we got just one towel hopefully I was ready and brought ours just in case!
