“I have sent a email to the Manager of the hotel and the general manager of the hotel. I moved rooms 3 times. They had large bugs in the hotel. ”

“While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property.”

“it was clean and quiet and quite good price. However, it was far from the Washington D.C., arond 30 min. Breakfast was not so good. In my case, the most important things were comfortable bed and clean room as well as price, so, i'm satisfied with this hotel. I'd like to recommand to others.”

“The breakfast wasnt bad. The eggs were just overcooked. Overall our visit was good. Bring your own pillows if you care about comfort. The doors slam no matter what you do, so it’s annoying when you hear it during the night. The staff was all very pleasant and accommodating! ”

“Non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, had burn marks on the bed and walls. Bed sheets were stained and had holes, when we complained and asked for new sheets were told "sometimes the sheets just look like that". Parking lot had groups of people gathering and what appeared to be drug deals going on, made us as a family a little uncomfortable but then the doors would not close and lock which became a major safety concern. “We checked in on a Thursday night and didn't feel welcomed at all. Our room was missing a luggage rack in the closet and after numerous request finally got one dirty wooden rack. The room smelled of dogs and was very old and worn down. Cleaning staff was amazing and afternoon young staff was helpful and made us feel welcomed. I definitely wouldn't recommend for those who don't have pets. If you're a solo traveler just looking for a place to sleep, it might be a good place to stay a couple...

“I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot.”

“This was a very nice hotel. Rooms were very large, bathroom set up was great, and it was very clean. We stayed in the side facing the interstate, and it was a little loud with trucks at times. Only real feedback we would have is in regard to the food service workers in food court and sports bar. The service was a little slow and a few weren’t sure how to serve the products in the area they were working. This was not the case however at the fine dining restaurant.”
