This was a quick trip so I was unable to explore the area around the hotel. It was well developed with a multitude of shops and restaurants. With these came an abundance of traffic which is never any fun! The hotel itself was well maintained. It seemed to be a newer hotel and was in pristine condition. I missed breakfast, but the coffee was just fine. The room was very clean with plenty of towels and the bed linens were quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

My room (110 or 100) corner Room close to the parking was perfect!!! The electric range helps with a last minute iteems needed to take for Thanksgiving dinner. The overnight Night Auditor was really great I apologize that I forgot her name. I will be back.

The stay was perfect. The fireplace made it feel cozy. The room service staff were friendly when they came to remove trash. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed by my kids and husband. Overall we enjoyed our stay for the few days we were there.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn Potomac Mills. This was my second time at this Residence Inn within a two week time frame due to a family emergency. The Staff was always professional and displayed excellent customer service. The room was clean and perfect for our stay. We also enjoyed the morning breakfast, kudos to the Kitchen Staff that prepared the breakfast. We will definitely stay at Residence Inn in our future travels.
