Comfortable bedroom, friendly welcome on arrival and at breakfast. Good breakfast buffet. Restaurant advertised as closed on a Monday so we booked elsewhere, but on our return we were surprised to see that the restaurant was actually open. This was not made clear, and was disappointing as we would have dined in the restaurant both nights of our stay had we known that it would be open.

les chambres sont vraiment très bien équipées et orientées... le gros point noir est le restaurant, au delà d'un filet de bœuf excellent, une entrée avec un fond de salade surmontée de quelques tranches de saumon fumé,de quelques micro blinis industriels et de quelques œufs de lump ou autre, et le pompon la tarte aux fraises vraiment pitoyable, un fond de tarte industriel, surmontée d'un coup de bombe chantilly toujours indus et de quelques morceaux de fraises,j'éviterai d'évoquer le service, car il y avait deux jeunes très débutants manifestement, qui vont j'espère prendre confiance et s'améliorer, à condition d’être aidés et formés !! Bref, qui dort (bien) ne dinera pas forcement (bien) -:)

Chambre propre dans l’ensemble. Si on regarde plus près le mini frigo fonctionne pas , la porte du placard est cassée comme le porte valise. Deco vieillissante. Pour trouver un restaurant où l’on peut manger au delà de 20h il faut faire 20 min de route car le mercredi peu sont ouvert.

Très bon acceuil à la réception, l'hotesse nous explique bien la fonctionnemnt hôtel/restauration et nous acompagne jusqu'à l'ascenseur. Puis, qu'elle superbe vue de notre chambre d'un excellent confort. Juste un léger ''bémol'' l'endrement de la douche aurait besoin d'un p'tit coup de rénovation. A part ça ce fut un excellent séjour avec ma très jolie épouse. Merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel. Michel FONTAINE

Un peu déçue des prestations, le jacuzzi n’a été réparé qu’à partir du quatrième jour, le ménage n’a pas été fait régulièrement. Malgré les restrictions du COVID, les serviettes n’étaient que très peu changées. Pas de geste commercial. Le personnel a rattrapé le coup.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement géographique, vue sur mer imprenable. Nous sommes très décus du service au restaurant et nous restons mitigés sur le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas top pour 11 euros par personne.

Même si nous avons été satisfaits par les prestations de l'hôtel, nous avons été extrêmement déçus par le restaurant. Le service n'est absolument pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre de ce genre d'établissement qui pratique ces tarifs : personnel de salle visiblement sans formation, un chef de cuisine incapable de fournir les plats qui sont pourtant à la carte (pas d’huîtres ni de palourdes alors qu'on est en Bretagne et en bord de mer c'est un comble !!!), du pain rassis qui reposait dans une corbeille sur un tapis de miettes qui visiblement appartenaient au service du mois dernier ! Une soupe de poisson tout droit issue de chez Carrefour et qui visiblement n'était pas restée assez longtemps au micro-onde (car servie quasiment froide). On a attendu 1h30 pour voir une serveuse dépassée par les événements nous expliquer que le plat commandé ne pourrait finalement pas être servi ! A ce moment-là on pensait avoir tout vu mais c'était sans compter sur le contact que nous avons eu avec le directeur de l'établissement qui s'avère être un total incompétent incapable de répondre à l'attente de ces clients se permettant des réflexions déplacées et qui en conclusion ne sert strictement à rien.

Niedergang vorprogrammiert

Seit 2008 haben wir jedes Jahr ein paar Tage in diesem wunderschön gelegenen Hotel verbracht. Zimmer und die Lage des Hotels und der Service haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Familie Ségalen und die Mitarbeiter haben sich alle Mühe gegeben die Aufenthalte so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Qualität der Küche und der hervorragende Restaurantservice. Wir hatten immer Halbpension gebucht und waren von Jahr zu Jahr positiv überrascht. Wir hatten jetzt im Mai mit Freunden eine Woche gebucht. Uns war bekannt, dass das Hotel verkauft wurde, da Monsieur Guy Ségalen sich aus Altergründen nicht mehr weiter engagieren konnte. Zimmerservice und Frühstück waren soweit ok. Das Restaurant ist allerdings um mehrere Stufen abgefallen. Wenn man drei Tagen den gleichen Fisch mit den gleichen Beilagen serviert, ist das nicht zu verzeihen. Die Vorspeisen waren nicht akzeptabel und die Desserts aus dem Tiefkühlschrank. Die sonst präsentierte „Plat fruits de mer“ war total abgespeckt und nicht mal die Austern konnten fachgerecht serviert werden. In dem Restaurant scheint alles schief zu laufen und immer zu Lasten des Kunden. Ergebnis: nicht empfehlenswert

Plus résidence qu'Hôtel...

Nouveaux propriétaires très accueillants. Belle situation de l'hôtel si on veut voir la mer. Petits bémol sur le restaurant : cher et pas spécialement goûtu. Pièce de boucher avec... que du gras. Le petit dej' impecc : tarif correct et diversité (fruits, viennoiseries, pain)... : en revanche on se serait bien passé de la télé en marche des 8h00 du matin ! Ceci dit, ils méritent leur chance.
