"Fantastic family-friendly hotel! Our kids had an amazing time, and the amenities were perfect for keeping them entertained. The pool was a huge hit, and the whole experience was comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free. The breakfast was also above standard — lots of great options and everything was fresh and delicious. We travel with kids often, and this hotel definitely stands out as one we’d happily stay at again. Highly recommend for families!"

"Our stay at the Holiday Inn Kelowna was genuinely wonderful. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition — the rooms were spotless every day, and the entire property felt fresh and well cared for. Their attention to detail made our stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. In the mornings, Mickey and the breakfast staff provided service that exceeded expectations for our family and especially traveling with 2 small kids. They were warm, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The quality of service during breakfast felt more like a resort experience than a typical hotel offering, and it set a great tone for each day. We left extremely impressed and grateful. This team truly elevates the guest experience"

"I really enjoyed my stay at the comfort inn I kelowna. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable and clean. The staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We did not use the amenities, but we noticed others were enjoying them so I assume that they too were fine."
