Great place. 1 star for staff because there was no staff? Very clean room, easy to access. Not impressed that for a king size bed there were only 2 tiny pillows provided that were less than the equivalent of what you’d get on an airline long haul. Like come on - a bed that big and 2 tiny square thin pillows? Doesn’t lend much to the comfort aspect. If I’d stayed more than one night I would have made a complaint.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Appreciated having a small fan in the room to circulate the air at night with the drapes drawn. One of the lights next to the bed was burnt out and there was only one packet of coffee for my two day stay. Other than those two items, once I figured out how to access my key, everything was excellent.

Terrible.

We are so disappointed by this place. First of all, our flight was delayed so we were not sure if we could make it to check in at 11pm. I contacted the facility to get a 15 minutes later arrival. They were in no help at all. They did not answer the phone and just texted us that we should have booked another hotel then, because this facility has check-in to 11pm. Worst service I have ever experienced. Good for us, we made it before 11pm but when we did so, they moved our keys to another key box which was also stressful. We did not see any reason why we could not have arrived later since the door was open by code and the key was in a box. The room was small, extremely warm so we had to have open windows all the time and then loud from the streets. Also there was no kitchen as the description said. The worse part was the smell of parfume which was extreme. All in all a super negative experience. Only good thing is that it is close to everything.

Great hotel in Old Town Poznan

Wozna 11 was super comfortable at a very good price. I will for sure ask for a lower floor next time as there is no elevator. We had everything we needed.

Very nice flat. Modern and very clean, in a perfect location (about 2 minutes to the old town square). The only issue we had was that the code they gave us to get into the building was wrong, and we could not get through when calling the number for reception, luckily another resident was there to let us in and give us the correct code.

Had 2 different staff members hang up on me when I was struggling to get into the premises and my room. Had my entry code changed 3 times while staying there and had me stressed out of my mind with the lack of English support. Made my stay in Poznan a stressful one, would not recommend.
