Tanio i blisko centrum, ale brudno w pokojach.

W piątek późnym wieczorem i w sobotę rano kontakt z recepcja poprzez numer podany w ogłoszeniu hotels.com był niemożliwy, dopiero koło 12 w sobotę ktoś był w stanie odebrać. Zameldowanie bezproblemowe, także poza godzinami podanymi w ofercie. Okolica ładna, spokojna, blisko centrum, dobrze skomunikowana, w pobliżu wiele bardzo dobrych knajpek i barów. Obsługa dobrze mówi po angielsku. Pokój niewielki, w środku słabo wyposażony, wyglądał inaczej niż na zdjęciach. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, bo i tak cały dzień zamierzaliśmy spędzić na mieście. Łóżka ok, my się wyspaliśmy choć wiele osób może narzekać na jakość materacy. Ściany bardzo cienkie słychać odgłosy z sąsiednich pokoi. Może przeszkadzać osoba z płytkim snem. Największy problem był z czystością pokoju. Wszędzie pajęczyny, uszkodzone drzwi, pełno kurzu na meblach, nie mówiąc już o włosach z poprzednich lokatorów na ziemi i lodowce nie posprzątanej z resztek jedzenia (otwarte, śmierdzące jogurty). Z tego względu nie można było skorzystać z lodówki, a po mieszkaniu trzeba było chodzić w klapkach lub butach. Na szczęście ręczniki i pościel wydawały się wymienione. Jest OK, a tylko przy że nie masz dzieci i dużych wymagań, a potrzebujesz czegoś na krótki pobyt tylko po to by tanim kosztem przenocować 1 lub 2 dni w Pradze gdyż resztę dnia zamierzasz spędzić na mieście zwiedzając.

Depends on which room you get.

This place is a bit of a gamble, since it's comprised of three buildings that share a common courtyard. I think I got stuffed into the 'last room available', which was on the ground floor wedged into the back corner of the courtyard. It has a decent amount of space, but was pretty dark and gloomy, with a tile floor in the 'living room' (if you can call it that), and a really gross carpet in the bedroom. Other apartments seemed to have nicer views, more sunlight, and better layouts (from what I saw in the pictures). I don't think my room appears in the online listing at all. Oh, and forget about privacy: the window shades are basically transparent. On the good side, the staff was friendly, the heaters worked well, the Internet was good, and the location is pretty convenient.

nicht zu empfehlen, aber der preis ging so für pra

parken pro nacht 10 € zusätzlich -- fenster nicht kippbar, nur GANZ zu öffnen bei ebenerdig -- matratzen URALT und schmutzig -- bettwäsche löcherig und eingerissen -- kissen sind keine kissen, sondern allenfalls hundedecken -- kleiderschrank mit loser rückwand, bricht bald zusammen -- nachttischlampe nicht nutzbar, da steckdose aus der wand fällt mit wackelkontakt -- kleiner kühlschrank zu laut beim schlafen, klingt wie ein kühlhaus ! -- die reception gab sich mühe !!! und gab gute auskünfte, aber nur gebrochenes englisch und kein deutsch.

Zagubiona rezerwacja

Dzień przed wyjazdem poinformowaliśmy mailowo i telefonicznie hotel o godzinie naszego przyjazdu, dostaliśmy instrukcje jak postępować. Niestety Hotel zapomniał o naszej rezerwacji, portier który miał nam podać klucz do skrytki z kluczem nie mówił ani po polsku, ani po angielsku więc nie mogliśmy się dogadać powiedział tylko "no name reservation, call hotel" i o godzinie 21szej zostaliśmy bez noclegu. Dodzwonienie się do hotelu zajęło nam kwadrans, ponieważ nikt nie odbierał...Kiedy oddzwonili Pan zobligował się pomóc i kazał czekać, po kolejnym kwadransie podał nam nr do skrytki z kluczem, która była.....pusta. Po kolejnej pól godzinie przybiegła Pani wykrzykując "im sorry" i wpuściła nas do pokoju... Pokój czysty, łóżko duże, kuchnia wyposażona... Ale sufit absolutnie nie wygłuszony więc żyliśmy w jednym pokoju z sąsiadami z góry, mogliśmy bez problemu z nimi rozmawiać, każdy krok było u nas słychać jakby chodzili koło nas. Jedyny plus to lokalizacja i piwiarnie dookoła no i Żiżkov.

Estaba bien situado, a 20 minutos andando del centro, una zona tranquila y tenia buena limpieza y buen trato. El problema esta que la calefacción no se podía quitar ni bajar. El somier de una de las camas estaba hundido dificultando el descanso.

В целом все было хорошо. Мы приехали после 6 вечера, ключи забрали из бокса под кодовым замком после звонка по указанному номеру телефона, проблем с заселением не возникло, общались на русском языке. Отель подбирали поближе к друзьям, и от центра то же оказалось не далеко. Из аэропорта добирались на общественном транспорте, нашли отель сразу. Автобусная остановка рядом, две остановки до метро.Так же недалеко трамвайная остановка, что то же удобно. Номер содержался в чистоте, единственно - плохо уходила вода в канализацию душа. Постельное белье менялось, замена полотенец по желанию.

Dobrá lokalita,čistota a servis

Vše v nejlepším pořádku,jediné negativum byl nějaký francouz,který se hodinu po půlnoci rozhodl telefonovat na dvoře hotelu...,dost se to tam rozléhalo..,ale to je spíš neukázněnost hosta a nedodržení nočního klidu.Recepcni hotelu vyšla ve všem vstříc.Moc milá a nápomocná..

Nice hotel just outside main town

Lovely hotel, good price. Just outside main town only 4 stops on tram or a short 15-20 min walk. Clean room, ideal space for small group or family.

Una única habitación con 5 camas y otra estancia con el baño, incluye terraza. Desconozco si las demás habitaciones son así. Un problema grave es que solo se nos proporcionó una llave para 5 personas, y aún pidiéndosela únicamente nos ofreció una llave del recinto pero no de acceso a la habitación.

It was a good experience , The woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly ,the room was clean , bathroom clean , the location was convenient , it was close to bus stop and many restaurants and beer pubs .

Be away of this place

The reception closed at 6 pm and we have never received the location where the key to open our apartment was in advance. We had a hard time to contact and comunicate with the receptionist because she did not speak any English.

We were sent to a completely different hotel to the one we booked on arrival as we apparently arrived late (8pm) even though we had emailed them and let them know. They didn't bother to respond until 7:41pm when we were already on our way to the address we were given and as we only have wifi, I didn't revive it until after we had checked in. The new hotel was right next to a train track and extremely loud. There was no food or nightlife options in the area at all.

No hay quien te reciba, y me toco una habitacion de planta baja, por lo que me tocaba escuchar los rechinidos de las camas de los cuartos de arriba, otra noche estaban varios chicos fumando mariguana y se durmieron hasta las 3 am, no pude dormir las cuatro noches, ya que se escicha todo y no hay nadie que ponga orden, por la ubicacion muy bien, todo caminando

Cheap staying

Everything was ok except that when I was going to check out there was nobody in the reception , there wars a Message saying that the recepcionist was not available with an apologizing message so I could not have breakfast , since I left at 6:30 am , that wad a pity. Other than that ls cheap óption to stay in Prag , there is a tram station nearby (lipanza)

Eenvoudig, schoon appartement op goede lokatie.

Appartement is gelegen in soort van binnenhofje samen met andere appartementen en prive-woningen. Alle basic benodigheden zijn aanwezig. Pluspunten: Net maar eenvoudig appartement voor de prijs. Goede lokatie in Zizkov en op loop afstand van Karlin en Centrum. Minpunten: De eigenaren spreken alleen Tsechisch en Russisch, wat leidt tot lastige communicatie. WiFi is weliswaar inbegrepen maar signaal is erg zwak en in de praktijk onbruikbaar.

Prima overnachtingsadres.

Via Expedia hier een appartement geboekt en we zijn tevreden over onze keuze. We verbleven er met 2 volw. en 3 (pre)pubers. Daardoor hadden we een boven-en beneden appartement. En waarschijnlijk alleen dan is het hier goed toeven. De appartementen zijn erg gehorig, dus met 'vreemde' bovenburen zou het minder aangenaam zijn geweest. Ons appartement was schoon. Een paar merkwaardigheden: er staat een kookplaat in de keuken, maar er zijn geen pannen. Er is een waterkoker, maar er is geen thee- en/of koffiepot. Nagenoeg geen serviesgoed. Het ontbijtbuffet stelt niets voor: toast, jam, honing, thee en oploskoffie. Wij aten na dag 1 buiten de deur voor een lekker en goed ontbijt, wat je overal kunt krijgen. De receptie is meestal gesloten. Je hangt wel een belletje. En dan komt 'mevrouw' ook. Alleen spreekt ze geen woord over de grens, maar ze is wel vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt dicht bij tram 5 welke je in no-time in de stad brengt. Kortom: puur voor overnachten is het geschikt. Er een dag(deel) doorbrengen is niet aan te bevelen.

If all you’re looking for is a place to sleep, it’s fine. The wifi was frustrating as we could only access it by sitting in the window sill, in full view of the courtyard. There was often no receptionist on duty, and as we ended up locking ourselves out by accident one evening, this meant we had to wait for over half an hour to get into our room. There are lots of nice restaurants and bars near by, and it’s about an 8 minute tram ride to the centre.

Loin de tous les lieux d'intérêt et le quartier n'est pas sympathique mi accueillant pour des étrangers; trop difficile la communication car ne parlent pas d'autres langues, même pas anglais, et encore ils se communiquent mal entre eux et il finissent par crier les clients alors qu'on est plusieurs à avoir compris autrement; les deux femmes de la réception son aimables mais il n'y sont pas engagées le long de la journée; la salle de bain sente mal; la chambre est dans la pénombre pour son accès, les oreillers sont trop moelleux, la fenêtre donne à un patio intérieur dans très mauvais état d entretien et le wifi n'a couverture qu'au patio à l'extérieur et il est constamment interrompu.
