"The cleaning doesn't happen at all. They only bring new towels after several requests. I requested several times to change the bed sheets and it was only done after escalation. No dining and no amneties. Fire alarms rang twice after midnight and we had to evacuate for nothing. The best part was that there was a trams station 3 minutes close to the hotel."

"I chose this hotel because it’s close to the train station, and getting to the main sights in Prague was super easy from here. It’s within walking distance of a few local pubs serving traditional Czech food (and full of locals, which is always a good sign!). The room was small, but since I only needed a place to sleep, it was perfect — and nice and quiet too. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation."

"I would not stay at this property again. I found the property difficult to communicate with as they do not use the Expedia messaging service. They only respond to phone calls. The apartment is quite dingy with worn towels and mats, lots of little things that need repair, fridge is full of frost and old frozen food.
This could be a nice rental in an interesting Prague neighborhood if some care was taken with some upkeep. Management that we were able to contact was quite gruff. They did give very...
