Room was nice and comfy with a small fridge for your own food and drinks. There was few small markets nearby. Tram/bus stop was close by. Only complaint would be that there was no drain on the bathroom floor, only in the bath tub. So watch out spilling too much water if you fill the tub.

Average, just average....

The hotel is clean and the staff are polite but it's a bit dated and could do with a makeover. The breakfast was disappointing with crusty scrambled eggs and herrings that I wouldn't take a chance with. The toaster was next to useless and overall I thought the breakfast was pretty poor.

Excellent location, friendly staff, noise issues

Location is excellent. Rooms are nice, but not very spacious. Beds are fine. Cleaning is fine. Here and there some painting is required. Noise from the corridor area is a problem. If you get a room with a connecting door to another room, soundproofing is not acceptable. Personnel is friendly and helpful. No issues at check-in or check-out. Buffet breakfast is standard and not so exciting. A larger and cozy bar would be nice.

Excellent Service and Excellent Location

From the moment I entered this hotel, I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk agent. She took time to show me on a map how to find sites of interest, gave me tips on restaurants, and gave me general advice about my 2-day stay in Prague. I enjoyed Prague SO MUCH MORE because of her thoughtful help. Every time I went in and out, she greeted me and asked how things were going. Breakfast was included with my room. It was an extensive buffet with plenty for everyone. I asked whether there were any gluten-free options for bread, and the attendant brought me a plate with several slices of gluten free bread along with a delicious chocolate muffin. On my second day, she immediately recognized me and offered the same. Her friendliness and her smile made me feel very much at home. I appreciated that she went out of her way to accommodate my food allergies. This hotel is in an excellent location for walking to many Old Town points of interest, including the Astronomical Clock, Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. Warning - Prague Castle is at the top of a hill, and there are about 220 steps up. I took an Uber up and enjoyed a beautiful walk down. It was about a 20 minute walk from the train station - and a very enjoyable walk, passing several beautiful buildings. There is a large shopping mall about 3 minutes walk from the hotel. This mall has everything you could possibly want in stores and restaurants.

We liked the stay. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The hotel room was basic, not fancy, but comfortable. The location is good, walkable to everywhere. Praga is amazing !

Nice hotel with very serviceminded personal. Rooms were clean and nice. We had trouple with the water and it took the hotel 5 sec to come with good solutions. Shopping, transport and sightseeing right outside the door. My very warm recommendations.

The room was not clean especially the bathroom. The sink was dirty. The bathtop was also dirty and not fresh. There was no shampoo at all so I used the handwash instead beacause I was already showering. Loud voices in the corridor from the very early morning some of them from the personell and some from other guests.

dangerous staff member

on our final night a male staff member let himself in our room shortly after midnight for no reason without phoning either the room phone or my phone both of whoch he could have called if he needed in. just crept in quietly, and we reported it to the day staff and she didnt care or do anything whatsoever about it. stay away

The room didn't match what was advertised in the hotels.com platform. We booked rooms with double beds and when we arrived it were two single beds. The manager was not helpful and reluctant to correct the mistake. After insisting, we were finally able to change the room. The matress quality was very bad and so were the pillows. The breakfast was average, could be better for the price of the accomodation.
