We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms was spacious and clean, and had the basic amenities you would expect of this caliber hotel. The gym was also quite nice and the staff were excellent. It is conveniently located about a seven minute walk to the subway that will take you into old town or most anywhere of interest. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety of items served. Overall, we enjoyed out stay here.

Large, clean room & bathroom. Parking garage is a bit pricey but it is equipped with EV chargers. Breakfast is good & extensive but very busy. Connection to tram next to hotel & subway to downtown & Old Town just a couple stops. Free guest laundry!!!

The hotel is across the street from a tram stop. It was very easy to take the tram to the metro to get downtown. There is a large mall at the transfer stop (tram to metro), so shopping for any forgotten items was very easy. The mall is also open on Sundays. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing!

It's a very new and tidy hotel. The breakfast buffet was average and depending on the number of bus tours that had booked in that day, it was wiped out at times and the staff had problems keeping the food trays filled. The gym was small yet had enough equipment for a "hotel" work out. I would recommend not getting a room with a connecting door as the sound proofing of the door is poor and you could hear most of the neighbor's conversations. The location of the hotel is away from the frenzy of the old town but the tram line is directly in front and will get you there quickly.

A great hotel, great value , located 15-20 mins by public transport from centre of Prague by tram or metro. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and included in the price. Would look at staying here again when next in Prague .

Very bad experience they don't provide complimatry water bottles in the room when i asked she said drin tab water,after that they didn't put refill of tea bags,didn't take dirty cup of tea from room and put clean so i ask reception she said it is your job to wash your cup I am on vacation not washing dishes ,than i put towel on the floor to change when i came back in the evening i saw same dirty towel with some makeup mark folded and hang on towel rack thanks god i open before using ,and my shower gel bottle i think she add water and shook and put i have all pictures and video very disappointed don't advise any one to book that hotel very bad customer services instead of apologizing they were giving lot of attitude. The name of the girl on front desk was yuliia

Positives: The hotel is great, it deserves a half star more in its current state and could be a four star hotel with further improvements. the design is nice, breakfast served is fantastic, gym is good, reception staff is professional and the location is close to public transportation as well. Negative: I am not sure if this issue was my room only or it can be found on other rooms, either the pluming or the room heater makes really loud noises that wakes you up at night that needs to be looked in to or fixed. My recommendation for the hotel is to add a safe, fridge and water heater in the rooms for resident convenience. So overall a nice experience and a well-done to the management and staff.

.BEWARE. The service at this property is terrible. I had to cancel the prepaid trip and ask for a refund of the last two nights of my stay. (Penalty is only one night per their rules). The front desk refuses to talk to you, they are impolite and hung up the phone. They refused to make the refund and follow the rules clearly posted in Expedia. They even refuse to speak with Expedia agents. I recommend to avoid at all costs
