Perfect location!
The location of Neruda hotel was so perfect as down the Prague castle. I could walk up to the castle in the very early morning when nobody was there. It was really great experience ever :) I will stay here again for my family trip!

깔끔한 호텔
전체적으로 공간이 좁기는 했지만, 그외 청결상태나 서비스 및 위치등 다른 부분은 모두 좋았습니다. 아침도 잘 나오는 편이었으며 다른 소음이나 주변 환경으로 인한 불편함도 없었습니다.

네루도바 거리의 정취가 느껴지는 호텔
네루도바거리는 프라하 성으로 가기위한 길목에 위치하고 있습니다. 전통있는 네루도바거리의 정취도 느끼고 프라하 성과의 가까운 거리도 고려하신다면 참 좋은 호텔일것 같습니다. 무엇보다도 프론트 직원들이 너무 친절합니다. 저희가 처음으로 프라하에 방문했다고 하니 프라하 주요 관광포인트들과 가는 방법 등을 지도에 표시해주며 친절하게 설명해주더군요. 서비스도 위치도 정말 좋은 호텔입니다

This was not our first time staying at this wonderful hotel. From the checking in it was just a fantastic experience. I traveled with my mother, booking a room for each of us. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious our rooms were, and the fact that our doors just faced each other. What a perfect set up I can honestly say that I had my best sleep out of all the hotels that I slept in on this specific trip. There was absolutely no problem with any noise from the street that are windows faced. The bottle of Prosecco that we received as able come gift was just a perfect touch. We enjoyed breakfast. There is plenty to choose from and the staff always refills items as they get low. The selection changes daily as well, and I appreciate that. As for the staff, everyone is always eager to assist if needed. Location is one of the best, just steps away from the presidential castle and short walk to many of the major sites that one wants to see in Prague. We always make a reservations at a restaurant. That’s just next to the castle 2 minute walk from the hote called Kuchyn , the specialize in Czech cuisine, and are one of the best. If you truly want to experience what Prague has to offer, this is the hotel to stay in. There are many options out there, but the location, Price and Customer Service is top-notch. We will stay here again for sure. Special thank you too manager Tereza for making our stay great.

pay extra for a room with a window abd shower as some rooms are very basic. Also in the middle of a very steep hill. Clean friendly quiet hotel.

An excellent stay, and couldn’t ask for anything more from the hotel, highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a romantic stay, aswell as a short break, near to all the tourist spots, but far enough that you can be away from the hustle and bustle!

Skvělý hotel v kvalitě vysoce překračující cenu
Překvapivě luxusní hotel na nádherném místě. Pokoj skvěle vybavený, vytopený. V noci absolutní ticho, žádné zvuky z ulice, ani ze sousedních pokojů. Velmi příjemný a vstřícný personál.

Great hotel, weird room
The room, perhaps because called a designer room, was totally impractical and I wouldn't want to stay there again. Room and hotel very clean, staff extremely helpful and the location is the best in Prague!

Hotel was what we hoped for. We selected it largely on the basis of location, but did not realize how steep the hill was where it was located. This limited to a certain extent our mobility and forced us to use more Ubers than anticipated. But otherwise, a lovely small hotel, with an eager and helpful staff, good enough rooms and fine breakfasts.

Das Hotel liegt direkt unterhalb des Hradschins - klasse! Das Frühstück ist sehr sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und lecker. Es gibt an sich nichts negatives zu sagen, die Matratzen sind nicht durchgelegen oder zu weich - nein genau richtig. Es gibt verschiedene Kissen. Wir hatten allerdings sehr sehr kleine Zimmer, aber an sich ausreichend und vorallem modern und super sauber. Das einzige Manko war, dass es keinen Schrank in beiden Zimmern gab. Da wir 6 Tage vor Ort waren, war es etwas unglücklich, aus dem Koffer zu leben. Das ist aber tatsächlich der einzige Kritikpunkt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel weiterzuempfehlen!

The hotel is in a great location near the top of the hill where Prague Castle is located. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Good selection at the breakfast buffet and lots of restaurants near by.

Albergo davvero carino a 2 passi dal castello
L'albergo è davvero carino, le camere sono belle e pulite, nonostante la mia fosse tra le più piccole è comunque ampia e comoda per due persone. Abbiamo anche potuto riporre tutti i vestiti nell'armadio. L'unica nota lievemente negativa è il bagno un po' picolo ma niente di grave perché ha comunque una doccia molto spaziosa. La colazione era molto buona e varia e il personale sempre gentile. Esperienza molto positiva.

Great hotel minutes from Prague Castle
We had a large room, modern wth a historical feel. Very clean, quiet. Hotel staff including Jaroslav and Miro were extremely helpful and courteous. Fantastic breakfast included! Loved our stay!

The greatest thing about this hotel is the staff! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. An extra special thank you to Milos who always went above and beyond helping us with tours and answering all of our questions. The breakfast was a great way to start every day and our room was very clean and comfortable. We missed having a shower but enjoyed the big bath tub.

Amazing experience overall
The service was great. The breakfast is just plentiful, anything you wish for. The location is very convenient as it is next to the Prague Castle and close to the Charle’s bridge. It’s much quieter than in the central location. Suitable for people who want to stay away from noisy night life.

Nice hotel in nice location
Really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is located minutes away from Prague Castle and Petrin Hill. The staff are very friendly and approachable, rooms clean and comfortable and it’s next door to a chocolate shop - what more can you ask for!

Quiet, comfortable and great location
I spent three nights here as a solo traveler. The hotel is comfortable and low key, yet modern with all the amenities. The breakfast buffet is great. My room was so comfy and quiet. The bathroom was a bit small but that didn't bother me. I liked that my bedroom windows opened on an inner courtyard, and the "view' included the back of the Schwarzenberg Palace. I also appreciate the location...which I considered perfect. I wouldn't have wanted to stay on the opposite side of the Charles Bridge because it felt so touristy. The Hotel Neruda is close to everything yet feels "away from it all". Just a 10 minute walk to the castle. The staff was lovely.
