Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Very clean. Near Tram service. Parking off site and is at extra cost. Easy access to Old Town, Charles Bridge and the Castle.

Great and comfortable hotel. Great location - walking distance to shops and Charles bridge. Great playground along the water on your walk to bridge too. Fantastic breakfast

We really enjoyed our stay . The hotel was very nice and quiet and well located for transport links. We always walked into town via the river which was a lovely, scenic walk. The breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and return.

Stayed for business trip, location to my office was excellent, 3 minutes walking. Property does not have restaurant but there are good options in 5-10 minute walk. Tram station is 2 min walk Metro station 8 min walk You can be in old town in 15-20 minutes Breakfast is ok for 1-2 days, my stay was 11 days so I had to go to the nearest cafe. Downside: people in Europe smoke a lot, this property has a dedicated space for smoking and if you do not like the smell you are in trouble, however, the smell does not get to the rooms, I do not smoke but don’t mind about it just be aware

Buona esperienza. Struttura pulita, in una zona tranquilla e personale cortese e disponibile. Buona la colazione a buffet. La struttura non ha un proprio garage, ma nel weekend si può gratuitamente parcheggiare in strada e nei giorni lavorativi c'è un parcheggio a pagamento a ca. 300 mt. Molto comodo per la vicinanza alla fermata del tram e del metro. Unici 2 nei: per accedere al 2° piano dell'ala interna, bisogna percorrere un ballatoio esterno e una rampa senza ascensore (pertanto suggerisco di evidenziare all'hotel in fase di prenotazione se si hanno problemi di mobilità) e i cuscini veramente molto molto alti che purtroppo non sono riusciti a cambiarci. Infine una chicca: per l'ultimo giorno dell'anno ci hanno fatto trovare in camera una bottiglia di spumante extra-brut.

Insgesamt gut, aber leider mit Mängeln im Detail. Sauberes Zimmer nur zum Check-In-Zeitpunkt, tägliche Reinigung mangelhaft. Frühstück gut, aber Schwächen bei Reinigung der Tassen. Das WLAN funktioniert gut, ist aber nicht geschützt. Der "vorhandene Parkplatz" erwies sich als öffentlicher Parkplatz im Freien, staubig, in 150 m Distanz zu laufen, kein Park-Service. Der Gartenblick vom Zimmer erwies sich als Blick auf die Brauerei auf der anderen Strassenseite, keinen Garten gefunden, nur kleiner Innenhof. Das Zimmer vermittelte ein angenehmes Gefühl. Der Safe war gut. Die Rezeption während der Tagstunden war sehr gut.

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage. Optimal für mehrtägigen Prag- Besuch. Für das Preisniveau überdurchschnittlich ausgestattete und ruhige Zimmer (da zum Innenhof gelegen) mit Minibar, TV, WLan, Fön, Wasserkocher und Zimmersafe. Großzügiger Wohn/Schlafraum. Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten zum attraktiven Innenhof. Komplett modernisiertes und großes Badezimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal, super Frühstücksbuffet sowie nahegelegene Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (ZOB und Straßenbahn ca.200 m entfernt). Bewachtes Parken (auch mehrtägig) ca. 5 Min. fußläufig entfernt möglich.

とても素敵なホテルでした! 深夜発のバス(FlixBus)を利用するため、近くのこちらのホテルを選びました。バス以外にトラムにもとても近いためとても便利ですし、暗い道もあまり怖くありませんでした。 ほぼ23時頃にチェックインへ向かったのですが、フロントの方の対応が丁寧でとても良かったです。チェックインの際にカードにエラーがあり何度か試させてもらったのですが、嫌な顔せず優しく対応してもらえました。 お部屋は綺麗でクラシックな雰囲気で素敵でした。コットンやボディーローション等のアメニティも少々ありました。交換後のタオルの畳み方も素敵でした! またプラハに行く際はこちらのホテルを利用したいと思います。

Misledende information om parkering på hotellet, vær opmærksom på at der er ekstra udgift på dette. Sødt personale, pæne værelser men var skuffet over at to enkelt senge og 1 dobbelt senge i bestillingen betød - to enkelte senge og en dårlig slå ud sovesofa. Morgenmad ok

Bien comunicado y cerca del centro

En una ciudad como Praga y con transporte todo está cerca, buen desayuno, y con una fábrica de cerveza a la puerta. El parking que recomiendan está cerca pero hay q tener cuidado porque si no hay nadie para el ticket la máquina te cobra por horas y no por días, mucho ojo. Si vas en fin de semana la zona azul desde el viernes a las 20:00 hasta el lunes 8:00 es gratis a la puerta del hotel.

En sjua, i förhållande till upplevelse och pris.

Fyrstjärnigt hotell med en supertrevlig reception! En större ombyggnation ägde rum i receptionen när vi åkte hit, men det störde inte allt förmycket- Men påverkade såklart den lite mer avslappnade, lyxigare känslan. Rummen var toppen med AC och mysiga badrumsprodukter. Rummet är absolut fyrstjärniga, receptionspersonalen var mycket trevlig. Frukosten och personalen i frukostrummet där hälsade inte, och jag fick snarare ett motsatt intryck än trevligt - Frukosten i sig även den mycket medioker, och det är lite trångt mellan borden - Inte en fyrstjärnig upplevelse alls. Snarare 2/3-stjärnig frukost. Hela upplevelsen i förhållande till pris, värde för pengarna, frukost, personal gör att vi ger boendet en 7,0. Receptionspersonalen och rummet drar upp betyget. Annars hade det fått en 6:a. :)

Udmærket hotel med god beliggenhed.

Jeg fik et værelse ud til gaden, men fik det ændre til værelse med udsigt til haven - dagen efter. Men det var kun fordi jeg gjorde opmærksom på, at det fremgik af min bekræftelse fra jer - men det fremgik ikke af deres oplysninger..de havde om min booking hos dem. Om det er jeres fejl eller hotellets - ved jeg ikke?? - Mit værelse var ellers udmærket - flinkt personale - morgenmaden var på det jævne (lidt kedeligt). Jeg iøvrigt, at det kun er et 3 stjernet hotel - men beliggenheden var god nær floden lidt uden for centrum - lå også nær stort indkøbscenter.
