This is a great hotel in a wonderful location! We came during the Christmas season and there was a small market right outside our door. The staff were fantastic and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a central spot not in the noisiness of city center.

Location, location, location and breakfast too!
Wonderful location, service and food. Only issues were the noise into the very early morning from the bar next door and walking up 4 flights of stairs to the very nicest room. Would absolutely stay there again.

A perfect Prague trip
We had a 3 night stay at this boutique hotel , we couldn’t fault it , from the moment we arrived we were welcomed by Micheal in reception who was a wealth of information , very friendly and helpful. You can contact reception to arrange a taxi for you to the hotel and return to the airport on departure, this was very helpful. We arrived before check in , we were lucky that our room was ready 40 minutes later . The room was perfect, photos do not do it justice , we had a lovely view too . Breakfast was good, plenty of choice without being overwhelming . This side of the river is a great base , quaint tree lined cobblestoned streets , a relaxed atmosphere in the daytime and quiet in the evening, not far from the old town for a day of sightseeing. I would highly recommended the hotel .

Only disappointment was no elevator, had to drag bags up 4 flights of stairs. Would have been nice had they offered assistance. Breakfast was very good, it was clean and a handy spot

Dirty, stuffy and part of a restaurant so noisy and smelly. No sign outside so it took an hour just to find where the entrance was. It was so bad we did not stay.

Great hotel in a wonderful location
Really enjoyed our stay at the Golden. Lovely room and excellent breakfast. We had a view of Charles Bridge from our room. Kampa Island is beautiful and quieter than the Old Town but only a short walk away across the bridge. Only down side is that the bar closes most nights at around 9am. A bit surprising for a 4 star hotel.

It was wonderful, steps away from the St Charles Bridge and shopping. Quaint, beautiful large rooms. Very helpful staff. Great restaurant on first floor.

Excellent location. Nice room but the bathroom was a bit small. The central AC was not working but a mobile unit was available which did cool the room to a survivable level. Good breakfast.

A really adorable hotel with a great room. INCREDIBLY well-located- literally steps from the Charles Bridge, a 5 min walk to public transport, and everything that Prague as to offer. Everything was new, modern, and well-decorated. The rooms were comfortable, and VERY spacious, great bathroom, lots of space to lay things out, plenty of outlets, lights, natural light, etc... The free breakfast was amazing, too. Only small notes- some lights in the room were out and didn't get changed, despite telling the front desk. Also, took a while to get sheets for the pull-out bed and then had to explain why we needed a blanket- but the staff were super accommodating, friendly, and helpful!

Small hotel, had a lovely cosy feel to it. Staff were friendly and very helpful (special thanks to Verka and Petr on reception). Room was very clean and comfortable (with a lovely parquet floor) and the shower was great; the bed was super comfy. We had a lovely stay of 4 nights and would very happily stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Absolutely fabulous location. Little hidden gem, not looking very impressive from the outside but great inside. Breakfast area a bit small/ cramped but not affecting the stay, as spoiled for choice. Delicious food and attentive (but not in your face) staff. Overall great hotel with the character and if you lucky can see Charles bridge from your room :)

What is not to like about this location. Central and steps away from Charles Bridge, Excellent breakfast in morning and hot wine in evening. Minutes from everything and lovely courtyard right outside. The location and amount of rooms is perfect. The staff was always great and easy to talk too and we could not have asked for better. Windows that open, heat and AC options and nice all around. We could not have chosen a better location.

Great position
In a Great position for the Charles Bridge, Old Town and Castle. with nice trees outside and river and parks on the doorstep. The staff were very helpful and spoke English.

100% Recommend this Hotel
We loved this hotel in Prague and would highly recommend it. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere, the restaurants were close, the hotel restaurant had delicious breakfast and dinner (didn't eat lunch). The bed was comfortable. We stayed in #2 which was a corner room which was beautiful with lots of windows. .

It is right under the Charles bridge. take the tram to the plaza and walk a very short distance. a lot of activities around. and the only chance to have a quieter bridge is in the early morning, which is a good plus for this hotel. can walk to any places in the old town but still good to have a day pass. breakfast is great too.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay, clean, great friendly service and had a beautiful family feel and last but not lease a wonderful location at the base of the Charles Bridge. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

There is no elevator so I had to carry up and down from 0 to top level of the hotel. Except that, it was a fantastic stay! Perfect location, delicious breakfast, very helpful staffs

This hotel is by far a favourite. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, thank you Petr, Andrii, Vojta and especially Maria. Breakfast is delicious; the hotel has charm and is an easy walk to everything and the area felt very safe. We would highly recommend it.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The BEST location, cold A/C, friendly staff, tasty breakfast. Highly recommend staying here on your Prague vacation. The only downside is they don't have an elevator if that's something you need. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
