Wifi가 안돼요.
Wifi안되고요.. 프라하2에서도 뒷골목이예요. 직원의 언어구사능력이 안되서 호텔이용에 대한 안내도 못받았구요. 주변이용은 아예 묻지도 못했습니다. 프라하가 차가 많아서 매연이 심하고 러시아분들을 직원으로 많이 채용해서 영어가 제대로 안되는분들이 많은데 그중에 한곳같아요. 무엇보다 와이파이가 안되서 연락을 할곳에 못했다는게 제일 힘든점이었어요.

어디곳과도 다 가까운편며 늦은밤 산책하기에도 매우 좋아요~
청소해주시는분들이 침대커버를 정리만하지 갈아주지 않은것 빼고는 다 좋았으며 위치 또한 최고였습니다. 거기다 가격도 매우 좋았습니다.

관광지 가 가깝고 걸어다닐수있어좋았음. 중앙역에서 숙소가 걸어 가기에는 좀애매하지만 트램5번타면 5정거장 이고 룸 크고깨끗했음. 조식은 평균. 체크인 빠르고 친절함.

4성급이라고 써있어서 좀 기대했는데, 시설은 생각보다 그냥 그랬어요. 위치는 까를교, 프라하 성이랑 가까워서 좋았고, 조식도 그럭저럭 잘 나왔습니다.

싼가격에 만족함
방 안내해줄때 무슨 다락방같은곳을 안내해서 기대안했는데 넓고 침대도 폭신하고 좋았음. 1인실이고 한국돈으로 4만원 정도되는 가격에 예약해서 진짜 좁은방일줄 알았는데 원룸같고 방이랑 화장실이 정말 넓고 좋음. 단 다락방이었는데 방음이 잘 안됨. 객실용 슬리퍼도 없었음. 개인 슬리퍼를 가지고 다녀서 내꺼 썻음. 조식은 그냥 먹을만함. 하우스키핑 깔끔하게 해줌. 숙박 체크인이나 체크아웃시 세금내야함. 1박당 15코루나인걸로 기억함. 까를교나 구시가지 광장 다 걸어다닐만 한 거리임. 30분도 안걸려서 나는 무조건 걸어다녔음. 호텔바로앞에 트렘정거장 잇어서 안델역갈때 좋음. 트램타고 안델역까지 10분도 안걸림.

Property was in a decent area with good options close to the hotel. Some maintenance issues (shower leaked, fridge not cold/cool, etc.) and, when pointed out, was told that was the way it was. Not a bad option and some upside but not a great option either. Might suggest finding an alternative. The "upgrade" was a bottle of champagne but the fridge woudln't chill it so not a great deal.

The hotel was very nice, and the room was very comfortable. But what made this hotel so nice and stand out was the staff. Everyone from the front desk, to housekeeping, and the staff at the bar and restaurant . They were helpful for suggestions on restaurant's, tourist attractions, transportation around the city, and overall friendly. Next time we're in Prague, we'll stay there again, and I've already recommended this establishment to my friends. Thank you hotel Caeser for the wonderful experience , you're already missed.

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer groß und sauber. Die einzigen Kritikpunkte waren sehr unbequeme Kissen und es wurde morgens sehr laut da Reinigungswagen von den Reinigungskräften ständig durch die Flure gefahren wurde und diese unglaublich laut waren. Im Zimmer war es jedes mal sehr laut als die Reifen über den Fliesenboden fuhren (Die Reifen sollten vielleicht ausgetauscht werden gegen Gummireifen)

It was fairly close to the centre of Prague, and we enjoyed the free tour that was available. The room was nice and there was a good selection of food for breakfast. The reception staff could have been a bit more helpful and friendly, but overall it was a good experience.

Un hôtel sans prétention, idéalement situé. Nous avons eu une chambre triple, spacieuse, propre. Rien ne manquait. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux tous les jours. Je recommande et je retiens pour notre futur séjour à Prague. Un bon rapport qualité prix.

En tant que Clients Expédia, nous avons été surclassés VIP.dans une chambre plus spacieuse et reçu une bouteille de Prosecco. Nous avons apprécié le grand professionnalisme du directeur qui est aimable, prévenant et toujours prêt à renseigner et rendre service à ses clients. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très complet, varié et copieux. Tout le personnel attentionné. Cet hôtel est très propre et sa situation géographique est proche des transports et du centre historique. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast. Location is out of the bustle of the high tourist spots but close enough to walk to. Several good restaurants right around the corner of the hotel as well. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Lovely grand hotel. Great, plentiful breakfast. Rooms were a good size and clean. Great location. 15 min walk to Old Town Square or Wenceslas Square but the metro is v near and there's a tram stop nearby. Would happily stay here again. Prague is stunning.
