정말 객실도 별로고 모든것이 다 별로였던 호텔이었어요....
객실청소도 안해주고 타월도 교체안해주는 호텔은 보다보다 첨 봤습니다. 이런 썩은 서비스를 자랑하고도 3성급이라니 정말 놀랍습니다. 프라하성 야경이 보인다고 했는데 그것도 아니어서 더더욱 실망이었습니다.

아주 저렴하고 위치가 좋지만 호텔이 오래되서 쾌적하다거나 깔끔하진 않습니다. 저렴한가격에다가 조식까지 포함되어있어서 놀랬습니다. 가격대비 위치가 좋습니다.

staff were friendly and very helpful, rooms where dated but that was expected. The breakfast was very basic however there was fruit and toast so you wouldn’t go hungry. The beans however were stone cold. The hotel is situated in a good place with a tram stop outside.

Greit hotell, sentralt
Et helt greit hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Det er et rimelig hotell , ikke luksus - men helt i orden hvis dagen skal brukes ute. 3 etasjer, ikke heis. Bagasjen blir brakt til rommet, hvis det er behov for det. Vi hadde ikke noe skrivebord eller kjøleskap. Rommet var rent og sengen god. Frokosten er enkel, med pulverkaffe, - men det var frokost. Betjeningen var hyggelig og imøtekommende!

Great Prague
fine for us but older folks need to know there is no lift. I chose not to have my room cleaned. The staff was very nice especially Martin. We were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see. There was always someone at the desk which was nice.

Hôtel agréable a 15 min de la vieille ville. Néanmoins le lit est trop mou nous avons eu mal au dos et le petit déjeuner n'est pas top. Il n'y a pas de viennoiseries ni de chocolat chaud. Sinon c'était sympa

Hotel molto essenziale ma centrale, comodo per raggiungere il centro, 15 minuti a piedi dalla fermata A della metro MUSTEK. Sicuramente una struttura senza pretese, il personale cordiale, il pane a colazione molto buono, il tea un po' meno ma nel complesso accettabile. L'unica cosa strana è che le pulizie le fanno solo su richiesta quando lasci la chiave e questo mi è piaciuto poco

The hotel was very noisy, from the other rooms they were talking and doing something, you could easily hear the sounds of cars and trains. There was not even a refrigerator in this hotel and we had a very small room for three people

Langes Wochenende im Zentrum von Prag
Kleines aber schönes Hotel im Zentrum. Super gelegen und sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage sehr nahe beim Fluss, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist ideal. Alles zu Fuss oder mit dem Tram direkt vor dem Hotel erreichbar.

Vi fik ikke gjort rent i alle de tre dage vi var der som lovet i beskrivelsen. Der var ikke klimaanlæg som som lovet. morgenmaden blev serveret i et koldt rum med små bænke bordesæt som man sad utrolig dårligt på. morgenmaden var så dårlig at vi gik ud og spiste. betjeningen var god

God dag, Vi beklager meget, at du ikke har valgt fra vores varierede morgenmadsmenu, som gæsterne roser. Hvis du vil rengøre værelset under dit ophold, skal du bare efterlade nøglerne i receptionen, så rengør vi dig gerne. Hvis du ikke tager nøglerne, er det et signal til os, at du ikke ønsker rengøring (alt blev sagt ved ankomsten). Desværre har vores hotel ikke aircondition, og vi har aldrig tilbudt det. Hav en god dag.

The room was very clean, the wifi worked and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was quite tasty, and there were plenty of choices. The only thing is that there isn't a lift and the shower curtain wasn't very good but overall I'd recommend the hotel. It was very conveniently located in the centre of the city.

Nice hotel close to historical center of Prague. One could reach to most interesting sites of the city simple by walking. Hotel provides good breakfast, that can satisfy almost everyone. Staff is quite professional.

We had a fantastic stay here. The people were so friendly and helpful! Nothing was to much trouble and we felt like part of the family! The locator was great for both the square and the river. Overall the stay was great.

Sijainti ja henkilökunta olivat hyvät, mutta keskiaikasta taloa ei oltu remontoitu riittävästi täyttämään hotellitason vaatimuksia. Hissin puute, äänieristyksen puute, ikkunoiden edessä käytävä toisiin huoneisiin, eikä kunnolla peittäviä verhoja.

Gute Lage aber nicht zu empfehlen
Die Zimmer waren teilweise kaputt (Gardinen hingen runter, Lampen defekt, in der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab, Heizkörper ließen sich nicht regulieren-Thermostate defekt usw.). Auf Nachfrage wurde auch nichts repariert. Wlan-Empfang Katastrophe. Fernsehempfang waren 2 Sender, die dazu noch sehr schlecht waren. Das Frühstücksbüfett sehr mager (kein Obst, Brötchen usw.). FREUNDLICHES Peronal vorhanden (reichte aber leider nicht). NIE WIEDER

Wir hatten mit Parkplatz gebucht, doch in der Garage, die uns zugedacht war, gab es keinen Platz mehr. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert, doch dem Personal war alles scheinbar gleichgültig ("... sorry, but we cannot change anything ...") In Summe tolle Lage, doch ein Hotel, das schon mehr als sanierungsbedürftig ist, daher dann buchen, wenn der Preis wirklich attraktiv ist

The location is just good walk to the city
The bathroom has only a hand held shower and the shower base fills up with water, the bedroom was gloomy with minimal lighting and dark painted walls. Just not what you want to come home to after a days sight seeing.. As for the internet don't count on it.

Nah am Zentrum, Wenzelsplatz, Karlsbrücke.
Leider hat das Hotel keinen eigenen Parkplatz, es wird aber eine Garage in der Nähe empfohlen (ca. 250 m) in der man einen Hotelrabatt erhält.
