The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating. It is in a less touristy area but a metro stop is only ~12 minutes walk. There were good restaurants in the area. The hotel bar with the piano concerts at night was awelcom amenitiy

Well located, near a tram stop and in a nice neighborhood. The Russian style architecture is a bit pompous, but that did not detract from a comfortable one-week stay. The staff was very accommodating, responding promptly to requests for extra hangers, another pillow, etc,

Wonderful place

Beautiful historical hotel, excellent service, close to Podbaba station. Full breakfast buffet. I would recommend rooms facing the inner courtyard for a calmer sleep.

Great value and location

Great hotel value and amazing location. Very comfortable beds and breakfast buffet is excellent. We stayed many times in this hotel and will come back again. Quiet location yet close to city transportation. Staff is always very kind and helpful. We can absolutely recommend this property.

Amazing location.

This hotel has amazing location for family. Close to Prague downtown but far enough from busy tourist areas. Plenty good restaurants and shops around where local people would go. Staff is very helpful and courteous. We stayed there for our many trips to Prague and it’s nice to see that hotel property is improving year after year. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Customer Service by all staff that we encountered. Maria at the reception was welcoming and provided answers to all our questions. Food was great at both restaurants. We tried the Friday dinner buffet and service was awesome! Also at the other restaurant Jugoslav was very kind to us. Overall great stay.

We were treated very well at reception. Arthur was extremely helpful to navigate transportation to the downtown. Beds were a little hard. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of variety, including healthy options.
