Hotel U Prince is in a great location. It is right in old town. Easy to walk to many sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large with plenty of space. Breakfast had many options of breads, sweets eggs and more.

The property is in Old Town. We could see the clock tower from our window. The breakfast was good. The staff was accomidating. Both bars are very nice. The Black Angels Bar is a must.

The hotel location was excellent at the heart of the old town with the clock tower and the main square right around the corner. The room had a nice classical decor with a very spacious adjacent bathroom. A small single elevator we had to share with the rooftop bar customers was crowded at times, but we managed.

Hotel U Prince Prague is wonderfully located right on Old Town Square, offering incredible walkability and views. You’re literally steps from the Prague Astronomical Clock, and we stayed around Christmas time, when the Christmas market was set up right outside the hotel—an absolutely magical atmosphere. Dining options are everywhere, and the energy of the square is hard to beat. One important thing to note is access: taxis cannot drive directly to the hotel due to Old Town restrictions, so you’ll need to walk about half a block with your luggage from the nearest drop-off point. Not a deal-breaker, but something to be aware of if you’re traveling with heavy suitcases. The rooms are charming, clean, and full of character. The hotel décor is eclectic, fun, and thoughtfully done. The staff was lovely and welcoming. For a four-star hotel, complimentary water should really be provided. There was none in the room, and purchasing water nearby was surprisingly expensive—around $5 a bottle, very much airport pricing. I would recommend avoiding the small convenience shops in the immediate area, which are extremely overpriced and clearly geared toward tourists. The hotel restaurant looked lively, clean, and inviting. We only had a light snack and didn’t fully explore the food offerings, but it appeared very nice. Nice place if you are in to very old antique style places. Right in the middle of old town square. If you like more modern places then, this is not the place for you. I recommend going to the bar in the hotel for the service was amazing. Shout out to Harry, Blue, Liza, Quinn, and rest of the bar staff. Awesome crew.

Omg the breakfast was good the location is amazing!! can not get any better the outside restaurant for people watching was also super nice. The checking in and just overall service was good. What a truly magnificent stay in such a unique hotel in the centre of the Old Town, Prague. We loved our stay here. The location is unbeatable and so close to many tourist attractions. The people who work here genuinely took care of us, the room was spacious, comfortable and always beautifully cleaned. This is very well recommended.

I chose this hot based on reviews I read of how friendly and welcoming the hotel staff were. This was not the case. They were very rude, not at all helpful and gave us the wrong time for our breakfast. When I raised this, they didn’t come up with a solution or suggestion. They claimed we had it written down on welcome card in the room. We didn’t receive this so we had nothing to refer to. We therefore missed out on breakfast and had to pay for brunch in the hotel. we waited 35 mins to collect our bags for our return flight as the reception was overwhelmed by new guests. No sense of organisation, total chaos , lack of staff around to help. We nearly missed our flight. The hotel itself is stunning, However the staff were very poor. Felt very let down. And sadly won’t return to this hotel.
