We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️
The area should be very nice except that there is on ongoing construction in the roads. Hotel is very good. And the restaurant is excellent, food, ambiance and staffs.
Breakfast was great. Hotel was top notch. Location was perfect near everything you’d want to see. Only downside was the massive construction project on the street but that won’t be forever. Otherwise perfect stay.
It is a magnificent hotel! It offers a unique blend of classic style and a modern concept. It is very clean, with spotless bed linens, and generally well-maintained.
I stayed in a room with a wonderful view of Wenceslas Square. The location is excellent: very central and surrounded by numerous dining and shopping options.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.
I was sick during my stay, and the housekeeper made things much easier for me by thoroughly cleaning and airing out the room every day, going above and beyond her usual duties. I regret not knowing her name, but she was lovely.
The restaurant, where breakfast is served, is excellent and offers a wide variety of international options.
I highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again.
5 star hotel without bar, breakfast in a nearby restaurant and isolation between rooms like the houses in Shogun. The staff was good, cleaning superb and location is excellent.
It's an ok hotel but if you want something luxurious choose something else.
The breakfast is served in The Fat Cat. That place is a great restaurant.
The hotel is well located and the rooms are nicely sized. The staff was courteous and friendly. The only two negatives were: There are no washcloths with the towels and the lobby doesn't really have an area to have a coffee or sit and talk.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, access to metro and Prague Christmas market was really good
Breakfast was very nice and restaurant was very clean
Would highly recommend

Nice to have a balcony in the city
Will return later in the summer
