숙소가 깨끗했고 스태프도 친절했어요. 조리기구 식기 등 모두 깔끔하게 갖추고 있어 포장음식 먹기도 좋았어요. 근처에 트램 정류장 및 마트 있습니다. 다음에 또 오고싶어요. (참고로 문 열 때 왼쪽으로 돌린 뒤 밀면 됩니다)

I indeed like this Moo hotel. It was quite cozy, convenient and good location. Whoever visit Prague, I strongly recommend this place. Even far from Old town, you may enjoy the Real Hotel at Prague.

프라하의 레지던스 숙소들(~~아파트먼트)을 찾아보면서 리셉션 인력 없는 경우, 관리인력이 있지만 늦게 나와 숙박객을 길 위에서 기다리게 하는 경우, 열쇠로 문을 몇 개씩이나 열고 들어가야 하는 경우 등등을 많이 봐서 조금 걱정됐는데 여기는 바로 맞은편의 모자이크 호텔에서 모두 관리해줌. 매우 친절했으며 24시간 연결 가능. 수건 추가, 갑작스런 기차표 인쇄, 짐보관 등 모두 모자이크호텔 리셉션에서 친절하게 처리해주셨습니다. 방음공사도 잘 돼있는 듯. 인덕션이나 식기세척기, 히터 조작법은 체크인 후 방 안내받으면서 미리미리 물어봐 놓으세요~

Perfect location and very new
The location was perfect! They did have the elevator but they had long stairs to the reception which was unexpected as we had two huge luggage. Fortunately the reception staff helped us which was very nice of him :)

가성비 최고!!
도보 20분 거리 이내에 번화가와 시장, 광장이 있어서 도보여행하기 좋았습니다. 게다가 걸어서 3분거리에 트램 정류장이 있어서 이동할 때도 편리했습니다. 숙소도 넓고 편리했습니다. 주방 집기들도 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되있는 편이고, 식기세척기까지 갖추고 있어서 요리를 직접 해먹기에도 좋았습니다.

너무너무 좋았어요
이번 MOOO downtown에서의 숙박은 정말 최고의 선택이었습니다. 위치도 웬만한 곳은 다 걸어다니며 즐길 수 있는 곳이었고 주변에 맛있는 식당도 많고 tesco마트도 있어 잘 이용했습니다. 객실은 항상 깨끗하게 정돈되어 있고 특히 웰컴 드링크로 샴페인 한병을 제공해주어 가족들과 분위기내며 잘 마셨답니다 ^^ 다음에 또 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

한국사람 후기가 많이 없어 걱정했는데 정말 깨끗하고 클래식하면서 모던한 아파트먼트입니다. 매일 청소해주고 24시간 옆 모자이크하우스에서 체크인아웃도 가능합니다. 식기류도 왠만한건 다 있어요. 샤워실, 세면기가 좀 작은것 빼곤 100퍼센트 만족입니다. 1층 포케집도 맛나요~^^

한달살기 하고 싶어지는 숙소~
아파트먼트를 많이 이용하는건 아니지만 프라하 일정이 길어 혹시 하는 마음에 예약한 곳이였는데 정말 잘한 선택이였습니다. 모든 서비스에 만족했습니다. 필요한 사항에 대해 요청하면 바로바로 해결되어 좋았구요, 취사가 가능해 가까운 한인마트에서 사온 재료로 거의 매일 한식을 먹었네요~ 호텔 위치는 주요 관광지에서 그리 멀지 않고 트램이 근처에 많아서 이동에 전혀 불편함이 없습니다. 보통 아파트먼트는 시간제로 리셉션이 운영되는데 이곳은 아파트 건너편 건물에 호텔도 같이 운영하는 곳이라 문제가 있을시에는 호텔 리셉션에 바로 문의가 가능하구요...리셉션 직원들이 무척 친절해 좋았습니다. 짐이 많아 이동에 불필요한 짐(큰캐리어 2개/박스2개^^;)들을 맡길수 있는지 문의하니 리셉션에서 흥쾌히 맡아주어 너무 편하게 다녔네요~히 우리 짐을 맡아주고 옮겨준 리셉션 직원 Andrew "Thanks million~^^" 프라하에서 아웃인 일정이라 저희는 미리 다시 예약해 두어 내일 다시 MOOo로 돌아갑니다~ 꼭 집에 가는 같네요^^

구시가지광장/ 볼바타강 10분~20분안에 가능한 좋은위치에 매일청소에 편리한주방이 있어서 현지식재료로 요리도 가능합니다. 단, 방문여는게 좀 많이어려워요 다른숙소도 그런것 같네요 직원들은쉽게 오픈하는거보니 한국이랑 문여는 방식이 다르네요 여기 리셉션 남자직원분 정말친절하고 핸섬하고 나이스했습니다. 덕분에 프라하 무오다운타운에서 잘지내다 한국잘왔어요.

Clean & nice (looks recently renovated). Not far from sightseeing points. If you would like to park, parking garages are available near the apartment for your payment. Reception desk is not always manned but Hotel Mosaic is at your disposal next to the apartment. Satisfied overall.

Wonderful stay at MOOo
It was very nice experiences at MOOo for 3 nights. Room was extremely clean and luxury with antique beauty. Housekeeping service everyday was not expected. I will definitely visit MOOo next time I visit Praha. Thank you for free champaign for my son's birthday party. It was perfect moment at MOOo. My family enjoyed a lot.

Prague's Best Residence Hotel
It's a perfect place! 와이프와 함께 하는 1주일 간의 부부 여행 중 파리와 로마, 프라하 3개 도시의 호텔에 묵었습니다. 개인적으로 여행을 많이 하는 편이고 유럽도 다섯차례 정도 다녀왔는데 이제까지 묵었던 호텔 가운데 최고였습니다. 가격은 1박에 10만원이 채 안되는데 전반적인 숙소의 만족도는 별 5개를 주기에 부족함이 없는 훌륭한 레지던스 호텔이었습니다. 거실과 침실이 구분되어 있고 스마트TV가 2대나 있습니다. 음식을 조리할 수 있는 주방시설도 완비되어 있고 wifi도 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 1명의 staff이 입구에서 서비스하는데 완벽한 영어에 친절도 또한 만점이었습니다. 다만, 전자키를 이용하도록 되어 있는 door의 작동이 원활하지 않은 점이 유일하게 아쉬운 점이었습니다. 호텔 위치는 Old Town과 바츨라프 광장에서 1.2km 정도로 주요 관광지까지 걸어서 15분 정도면 닿을 수 있는 가까운 거리에 위치해있습니다. 호텔 주변은 매우 안전하고 깨끗하며 호텔 1층에는 미니마켓과 베이커리가 있어서 필요한 물건을 구입하기에도 편리했습니다. 전반적으로 가격 대비 정말 훌륭한 호텔이고, 다음번에 또 프라하를 방문할 때면 꼭 Mooo Living에 묵을 생각입니다.

This was a really great place to stay and so unique! Great location, close to transport options but also walkable to the main attractions. Instructions to get there were easy to follow as was check in. The apartment itself was in great condition and lots of nice little touches. Would definitely recommend!

We highly recommend these apartments. So clean, comfortable , stylish. Beautiful building, well thought out from the front door to the apartment. There really is nothing bad to say. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely surprise of processco for my husbands birthday. We walked to everywhere from the apartment but you were also only a few minouts from tram stops, and about 5-10 minutes from a metro stop. Perfect location in a beautiful city xxx

The apartment was gorgeous, and very clean. Bed was comfy. There was working going on updating some of the other apartments and we didn't hear anything at all - they obviously picked their builders very wisely. We did need more coffee than provided as you only get one pod each per day which only makes a small cup, but both the cleaners and reception were happy to sort us with more. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

Magnifique appartement, spacieux avec tous ce qu'il faut ! bien situé, à 15min à pieds du centre, plusieurs bus, tram en bas de l'immeuble. Le plus, possibilité d'avoir les services de l'hôtel (spa, breakfast, bagagerie, restaurant..) !

Fantastic apartments in a great location
Communication from the hotel was excellent and we were able to arrange an airport transfer in advance. The driver was amazing and gave us a warm welcome off our delayed flight. Check in was easy and the apartment was great.. very well equipped. Comfy bed, great shower, even a dishwasher and washing machine. Location was perfect. Lots of options to eat and drink nearby and a 15min walk to the old town. Highly recommend these apartments if you’re staying in Prague.

The hotel location is very convenient for city walks, the hotel itself is beautifully decorated, clean and feels like home! The staff was super friendly and could help us with all our needs. We would definitely come again! Thank you!

Apartment was lovely. We really needed to do laundry and the washer worked well. Parking for check in was a bit of a pain but once checked in hotel parking was great

Excellent séjour de 5 nuits.
Excellent séjour, tout est beau, confortable et la localisation est incroyable. Café, thé, ménage tous les jours. Personne très agréable. Insonorisation parfaite, nous avons tous très très bien dormi. Seul tout petit détail un peu négatif, les couettes étaient jaunies mais les draps étaient propres mais ça nous a surpris.

We booked a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. A few days before our trip I asked the hotel for an apartment with air-conditioning. The check in was very easy, across the street at the Mosaic House. They gave us an apartment on the 3rd floor with ac, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths!! The apartment was smartly furnished and very comfortable and super clean. Walk to city center about 20 minutes. Staff very accomdating. There are lots if cafes in the same block for breakfast and yummy croissants.

Zu Fuß erreicht man jede Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt.. Die berühmte Einkaufsstraße ist ca. 15 min entfernt.. Parkmöglichkeiten sind schwer zu finden. Ich fand nämlich keins im Hotel.. Man sollte daher lange vorher reservieren. Das Hotel bietet Parkplätze auf der Straßenseite für 400 CZK und 600 CZK im geschlossen Parkhaus. Die Einfahrt ist ziemlich eng (2m Breit). Tipp: Ladet die App Citymove runter und sucht nach günstigen Parkzonen (ab 20 CZK/h). Vorsicht! Parkdauer beachten (max. 12h). Kennzeichen eingeben und die Parkdauer jederzeit ändern/verlängern. Alternativ gibt es „Mr. Parkit“ (Web-Browser) indem man das Fahrzeug den ganzen Tag abstellen kann. Zu letzt: Rechnungen/Trinkgeld nicht in Euro bezahlen..!
