Property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Fun family-friendly atmosphere. Pillows could be more comfortable and wish they had coffee in the room or lobby. Regardless, I highly recommend this hotel. Tram is right outside and area is nice.

Hotel decorations are amazingly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is the best. Room is very nice and comfortable. Convenient place to get around the Old Prague either by walking or riding on tram. The staff in front desk were hospitable and very helpful!! Highly recommended

Mama Shelter was great. The staff we're very helpful, the rooms were clean and a decent size. The bar was a nice place to unwind after plenty of walking around Prague during the day. The hotel is well located with easy access to the city on tram or by foot (if you fancy stretching your legs).
