Hotel war wie erwartet in einem Motel one. Gut. Eine Vorabinfo wäre hilfreich gewesen, dann wären wir gleich in die Tiefgarage gefahren. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

We had a luxurious experience, and the stay was very comfortable. It was easy to navigate walking around the city from this location. Our bed was very comfortable, especially when compared to other hotels we stayed at in Europe so far.

The hotel was pretty good. The room clean and comfortable. Problem is they don’t have a safe which is not great, not great. The water was warm not hot enough. The location was fantastic!

Im ganzem war es gut, nur ziemlich laut, da die Fenster zur Hauptstrasse waren und am 25.09. 2023 ist kein Wasser geflossen, so dass Man sich nicht waschen könnte. An der Razeption nur eine flapsige Antwort °es ist halt so°. Selbst in diese Hotel Kategorie erwarte ich andere Behandlung. MfG Simon-Schulze

Sehr gutes Hotel

Wir waren schon öfter im Motel One Prag und immer sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, was natürlich für eine Stadtbesichtigung perfekt ist. In Prag kann man immer wieder neue Sachen entdecken und es macht einfach Spaß das diese Stadt zu schlendern. Das Motel One ist sehr gut gereinigt und es riecht sehr angenehm. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl. Herr Roy Indranil hat uns unser Wunschzimmer reserviert und uns sehr freundlich begrüßt. Man kann sagen, das ist der Mitarbeiter der guten alten Schule und das Motel One kann sehr stolz sein, den zu haben. Am Abend haben wir in der Hotelbar einen sehr guten Rulandske Sede getrunken, der von einem sehr engagierten Mitarbeiter serviert wurde. Dieser Mitarbeiter hat uns sehr gut beraten und man hat gemerkt das er stolz ist im Motel One zu arbeiten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Service an diesem Abend. Das Frühstück, dass unten im Untergeschoss serviert wird, war sehr gut und die Auswahl war perfekt. Es gab perfekte Brot-Auswahl, frische Früchte, gute Käse, Eier und auch vegane Salami. Die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen, die das Frühstück nachgefüllt haben haben, haben mit Handschuhen sehr sauber gearbeitet. Die beiden Damen waren sehr aufmerksam und haben sofort das benutzte Geschirr wieder eingesammelt. Das Motel One Prag können wir sehr empfehlen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
