Great hotel, great service

This hotel was comfortable, looked great and is in a good location. My only complaint is that there was a noise of water running most of the time.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance from main station and also to the centre of the old town. Able to store bags before/after check in/out. Highly recommend.

Best choice for your money

The service was exellent from the moment of our arriving. Room service everyday and really exellent. Rooms are very clean and have all what you need for staying. Breakfest was good so we don't needed any extra breakfest.

Very nice hotel, excellent morning buffet and an amazing staff. Found out my flight home was cancelled 20 min before check out, the staff was very kind and understanding and let me stay in my room for an aditional 3 hours to figure things out. Only minus was that my room was towards the tram, which was quite noisy during the night.

The room is very darkness the staff is not all of them helpful some of them but also they are not very helpful we have to pay extra money to upgrade to a normal room because our room is very bad and very small

Hotel and staff were excellent. The only thing I would say is it would have been nice if the bar area was more inviting. The bar was always quiet. Maybe it would be good if there was some form of entertainment in the evening. This way maybe people would stay in the hotel and utilise the bar. Other than that it was a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, great location very central. Only small issue is the shower. It's a great shower but it was leaking below the door, watering everything... Beside that it's a great hotel.

From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed. A warm welcome from Lewis at check in who was friendly and informative. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed with a decent TV, fridge, good shower, Aircon and opening windows. There were plenty of power outlets (though I would have like to have seen some USBs as well). Kettle and coffee machine. Most importantly, the bed was was comfortable allowing for a much needed good night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and a wide variety of food and drink was on offer to cater for most tastes. In the bar, the service was friendly and efficient. Although the beer choice was limited. The hotel itself is closed to the main shopping area, museums, metro, trams and the main railway station is about 10 minutes walk (add another five or so to walk through the station for the airport express bus). Another feature in the bar is a free pool table, table football and even a free photo machine. I'd happily stay here again on my next visit to Prague.
