Nice location and room
The hotel was located in the very nice place for shopping and sightseeing. The size of the room was more than enough and the furnitures and electronics were also satisfactory. Mostly, the condition of the room was good and clean. But the floor was a little dirty so that we had to wear slippers (maybe it's the cultural difference). I think the most uncomfortable thing was that the check-in place was quite far from the hotel room. But if you search a little about the public transports, it would not be a problem because you have to go there just only once. And, don't forget to ask them for the elevator chip(?). The elevator was basically for the residences of the apartment and the visitors need it to activate the elevator.

너무 시끄럽던 곳!!!
위치 천문시계탑있는 광장근처라 너무 가깝고 편해요 시설도 오븐에 식기세척기까지있고 세탁기 무료로 사용가능하는것도 좋아요! 그런데 가구만 새것이지 도착한날 창문은 심하게 금가서 열때마다 깨질까 조심조심, 욕실은 첫 사용시 물이안내려가보니 머리카락 한뭉치 빼내고 드라이기도 녹았는지 위에 끼워지지않고..것도 다 감안할 수있었어요 정말 문제는 옆방이었는지 윗방인지 모르지만 4일정도 머무는 내내 새벽2,3시까지 단체로 소리지르고 노래부르고 문 쾅쾅거리고 뛰고 ...정말 짜증에 짜증이 잠도 잘 못자고 ...방음이 전혀 안되는건지 정말 개념없는 인간들때문에 최악이었네요! 누구한테 말할 관리인도 없었으니 운이 나쁘다고 해야하는지... 정말 힘들었습니다

This apartment is in a great location. It provided what we needed but overall the place was a bit tired. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not fit to sleep on. We ended up putting the sofa mattress on the floor - better but not ideal.

Lejligheden har en rigtig gid beliggenhed, og vi var gladeligt overrasket over, at der var 2 toiletter. Men en lejlighed til 8-9 personer sp mangler der godt nok service, 6 knive, 2 vinglas og 1 frokost tallerken for at nævne noget, ikke i orden. Selve lejligheden var meget spartansk indrettet

We stayed here for 3 nights last week. It was generally a clean, well-located apartment, no amenities such as tea/coffee making facilities or toiletries were provided but this is not the end of the world and the least of our problems. Firstly, the issue of picking up the key at a hotel 25 minutes away is not clearly mentioned before booking, and very inconvenient. Secondly, the management appear incapable of responding to queries: I messaged both through Expedia and on their contact number provided throughout the apartment on multiple occasions both before and during our stay and had no response. Thirdly, there is no air conditioning or fan provided - given it is August it was over 30c throughout our stay so was very unpleasant. I messaged about a fan being provided and was ignored so we had very uncomfortable nights. Fourthly, be prepared to pay a €200 deposit when you arrive: again not clearly mentioned when booking so it is something potential guests should be aware of. Given the price of this apartment I would have expected better - a fan is a bare minimum requirement and the customer service is shocking. Not somewhere I would stay again.

Good location poor flexibility
Nice place with good location. Communication is not that great and really poor flexibility. Keys for the apartment has to be picked up far from the location of hotel. This is NOT ok and could easily be done differently. The apartment was empty before our arrival but they still insisted on check in after 15 o’clock

El edificio es inseguro, la recepción de las llaves se ubica a 25 minutos de auto y no te avisan. El departamento no era el acordado. Por la noche entró una persona alcoholizada al edificio gritando y forzando todas las puertas para entrar. Nos comunicamos con recepción para que llame a la policia dos veces y no lo hicieron, estuvo 6 horas esa persona en el edificio, tengo grabaciones de lo sucedido. Perdimos un dia de vacaciones por este incidente que se pudo haber solucionado. No lo recomiendo.

Central location with loud party tourists :/
The beds were comfy, but the couch was not. A small sofa in the living/kitchen area would be nice to sit down & relax after a long day, there are only 4 chairs at the dining table to sit down. Nice kitchen, though some tea bags or coffee would not be bad to be included. Unfortunately really loud party people in the building, who were loud even after telling them to be quiet.

mooie nette loft; keuken goed voorzien van benodigdheden; bedden ok // kussens slecht; 1 badlaken p.p., 1 handdoekje voor 2 pers. en 1 theedoek voor een hele week (kregen bij navraag ieders 1 badlaken en 1 theedoek extra); je moet zelf wc papier en keukenrol kopen; er wordt niet schoongemaakt. Er staat dat er een lift aanwezig is, maar hiervoor moet je wel eerst een trap op en af. Als dit allemaal op de site had gestaan, dan hadden we hier niet geboekt. Al met al een mooie loft, niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, er is ruimte voor verbetering van de service.

Lovely apartment very clean, tidy & well equipped
We had an amazing trip to Prague - the apartment was lovely very clean, tidy and well equipped. The only down side was that there was a freak heatwave when we were there and Prague as a whole doesn't do Air Con! The nights were a bit hot and sticky! Would use this apartment again.

Good location, plenty of room for 11 of us. Just make sure you read the instructions at the bottom of the booking in form on how to get in/find the apartment, as we initially hadn’t.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt Prags gelegen. Man kann alles zu Fuß anlaufen. Das Appartement ist sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Allerdings ist die Übergabe des Schlüssels an einem anderen Standort, was gerade mit Gepäck bei späterem einchecken/ früheren ausschecken zu Problemen führen kann. Es wäre besser, wenn man den Schlüssel direkt am Appartement abholen/abgeben kann. Ansonsten würden wir dort immer wieder hin fahren! Es hat sich wirklich sehr gelohnt!

Comfortable and close to everything!
We actually could not understand from the photos that the place is much bigger than expected, which is a pleasant surprise! Location is great, the apartament is clean and comfy! The only downside was taking the keys from a different location, 20 mins away and getting only 1 key for 3 people.

Dejligt ophold i Prag
Det er en rigtig fin lejlighed med de grundlæggende nødvendige ting i køkken. Det ligger i et dejligt område (Det finere kvarter af Prag). Indcheckningen er lidt omstændig, da man først kan tjekke ind efter kl. 15 og lejligheden og tjek in sted ligger 3 km gang fra hinanden. Personalet er rigtig søde. En lejlighed er ved at blive renoveret overfor hvilket larmer noget om morgnen. Men jeg vil anbefale lejligheden, hvis man ligesom os, ønsker en central lejlighed i Prag, som ikke ligger midt i et party kvarter. WIFI fungerede godt.

The location is perfect just a short walking distance from the old town square. Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which felt large. Living area was nice. Major drawback - curtains! One of the bedrooms didn't have curtains which really affected the sleep when the suns shines in the morning. Also no curain in one of the showers and therefore water were all over the floor. We were 7 people and were given only 3 keys despite asking for 7. Also only 2 keys were working and only one key had an elevator chip. WIFI was not stable.

This place is right in the heart of all the main attractions withing prague and a great base for a visit. Getting the key from the other property was all clearly explained on the expedia page and was easy to do. The beds are massive and very comfortable. The only thing that let it down was the noisy brits (Im brit myself) that didn't xare at all about anyone other than themselves. The noise continued until 0400 so just be aware of this.

Appartement très bien placé (5 min à pieds du métro ou de la place de l'horloge astronomique) et quartier très calme, mais c'est le seul point positif. L'arrivée au check-in se fait dans un autre hôtel à 15 min en taxi, et ce n'est pas mis en avant sur les sites de booking ! Le confort est tout relatif. Le 3e couchage se fait sur le canapé. La propreté laisse un peu à désirer (joints de la porte de douche moisis, traces sur les draps, etc.).

Close to Old Town Square, 5 minute walk away.
3rd floor apartments, we had 7 persons. Apartment had 3 bedrooms with 3-5 beds in each. Lounge large with tv. Kitchen large with dishwasher, fridge freezer and table for 8, however, only enough cutlery for 6. Bathrooms x 2, only issue was the glass doors. Front of apartment overlooked a side street which is a local thoroughfare, the rear overlooked a courtyard and similar properties. No issues with apartment itself, the reception area where you collect your key was a distance away, although full instructions were given. We used the apartments/hotel transfer from airport which covered collection of keys and booking in and took us to apartment. Worth it. All communication with apartment / hotel staff was good and they were very helpful. Would consider these apartments again.

Great location, nice place but hassle to get keys.
Location was excellent and very close to Old Town Square. Parking is nearby. Apartment is close to the River. Friendly people. The down side was that we had to pick up the Key to the Apartment across he River, 10Kms away which was difficult enough on a week-end. If it was a weekday, say during rush hour traffic then it would have been a disaster. Thankfully we could leave the key in the Apartment at checkout. Also, the Apartment was on the 4th floor which is 8 flights of steps so not practical for the older crowd. Elevator was there but looked sketchy so we walked up and down.

Ideale Lage im Zentrum von Prag. Zimmer haben eine ausreichende Größe. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und die Haltestellen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bars sowie Clubs sind auch sehr gut erreichbar.

El departamento está ubicado en la mejor zona de Praga. Si bien es un área exclusiva, muy cerca hay supermercados accesibles. Nos sentimos muy seguras y cómodas. Todo impecable y en perfectas condiciones. Lo único que nos resultó incómodo fue que el check in lo realizamos en una oficina que está lejos del departamento.

El CH/in no se hace en la dirección indicada por Hotels. Se debe hacer a 20 minutos en taxi. Luego de esperar en el lugar y conseguir taxi de noche, no se hicieron cargo y tuve que pagar otro taxi a la habitación. Total, casi 3 horas para un CH/in de 5 minutos.
