Spacious Room for Me (+) and Many Spiders (-)

To begin, I was pleased by the setting of the apartment because it was very quiet, without the noise of traffic. Another positive was that my apartment was quite roomy and had a patio. Unfortunately, I wasn't happy about how limited the check-in hours were (only 14:00-16:00 on Saturday) but I understand that this isn't a standard hotel. However, I was further disappointed by the condition of the room in which I found no toilet paper and a lot of spiders and dust. Also, I would have preferred if soap was provided in both the kitchenette and bathroom. I was unable to wash used dishes properly. At check-out, the receptionist was on the phone so I was not questioned about my stay. Otherwise, I would've voiced these concerns. Overall, I was a bit unsatisfied. While the price was reasonable (for spacious accomodations in Prague), I felt I could've found much better quality elsewhere. On my next visit, I will opt for a different location.

Vi ankom sent om aftenen efter receptionen lukketid, men vi fået tilsendt kode til døren. Vi træder ind i en dejlig stor og rummelig lejlighed som er virkelig ren og velholdt. Dejlig blød seng og god sovesofa. Dog en del støj fra gaden, så ørepropper er at foretrække, men alt i alt en virkelig positiv oplevelse og vi kommer helt sikkert igen næste gang vi skal til Prag - hvad enten det er som familie eller bare som par.

Mon lit était cassé(le sommier) ce qui fait que je ne pouvais pas bouger de peur de passer à travers le sommier.Dans la salle de bain, pas de produit pour se laver.Du côté bruit aucune insonorisation, et des voisins bruyants profitant de l'absence de personnel à la réception le soir.

L'établissement est très propre, pas d'odeur dans la pièce. Une jeune fille très sympathique nous a accueillis. A 100 mètre à pied, un supermarché BILLA pour faire quelques courses. Etablissement à recommander pour une famille. Bien d'avoir une réception quelque soit l'heure d'arrivée. Bien le parking. Pas de surprise. Très fonctionnel.

The photos and website make this place look great but it's not. Very dated, in a fairly sketchy area of Prague. Other guests appear in some cases to be long term renters. Whole place smells like cigarette smoke. They charge 20euro per night extra to park. We made it through and the staff was nice and helpful but we would not book again.

Celkově spokojenost - pokoj, který jsem dostal, měl v nepořádku závěsy a bylo vidět dovnitř z protějšího domu. Personál mi ihned nabídl další, kde to bylo v pořádku. Kromě toho, že tam pak upadla klika od dveří (což se může stát), jsem nezaznamenal jiný problém a vše bylo jak má být. Parkovné sice dražší než v dané části Prahy nabízejí, ale přijatelné i ve vazbě na cenu za hotel a uvnitř hotelu. Celkově - spokojenost

이 가격대에 주방도 쓰고 화장실도 방 들어가기 전에 따로 붙어있어서 좋아요(당연히 개인 화장실입니다) 방도 큽니다. 아쉬운 점은 위치와 약한 와이파이 ㅠㅠ 너무 아쉽습니다 그러나 방의 상태가 너무 좋아서 다시 갈 생각 있습니다

Tolle Lage auch für Familien. Es gibt einen tollen Spielplatz in der Nähe. Leider waren zwei Bodenfliesen in der Küche kaputt das finde ich gefährlich mit Kindern aber das Personal ist sehr nett und unser Apartment war sehr gross und hell.
