서비스는 전반적으로 무난하였고, 룸 컨디션도 무난하였습니다. 다만, room cleaning 에 있어서 만족스럽지 못하였습니다. 주변에 볼거리가 많고, 여러 hot spot 에 이동하기 편리한 위치입니다.

Beautiful hotel with excellent location
Staffs were very kind and informative. Excellent location. Within 10~15 minutes walking distance to Old Town Square and major historical sites. One of the best breakfast buffet in Central Europe. Room was beautifully decorated, but smaller than I have anticipated. Even hard to handle two luggages in the room.

체크아웃하는 데 오래걸림.
체크인 하는데 오래 걸리는 것은 이해하는데 체크아웃해준다고 하고선 뭐 서류 꺼내 보고.. 컴퓨터로 뭘 그렇게 보는지 15분 정도의 시간동안 로비 테이블 앞에 서서 기다렸다. 단연코 내 앞에 기존 고객에 대한 응대가 없었음에도 불구하고.. 오래 걸리는 시간에 대한 그 어떤 설명도 듣지 못했다. 내가 무언가 잘못을 한 것도 아니고 미니바도 이용하지 않았으며 요금 지불도 완료된 상태에서 왜 시간이 오래걸리는 걸까. 고객 후기를 직접 입력하고 있는 것은 아닐까 하는 의문이 들었다. 그 외에는 대체로 친절하고 침대도 편하고 룸 컨디션도 좋았다. 그런데 첫날 바디로션만 2개고 샴푸가 없어서 로비에 전화를했고 바로 가져다준다더니 20분 걸렸다. 하루에 한번 직원이 방으로 방문하여 날씨가 프린트된 종이를 주는데.. 좀 귀찮기도 하고.. 내가 없는 동안 들어와서 방 안에 꽂아놓은 룸 키를 가져가서 황당했다. 뭔가 굉장히 이것저것 노력하는 것은 알겠는데.. 4~5성급의 서비스 완성도를 기대하면 안됨.

깔끔한 호텔입니다
구시가지광장 바로옆에 위치하였으며 까를교도 10분정도거리로 충분히 걸어서 움직일수있는 곳이라 좋았습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 청결했고, 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 직원들도 대체로 친절하였고, 무료로 이용할수있는 서비스가 있는데 시간이 제한적이라 이용하진 못했어요. 대체적으로 만족합니다!

무엇보다도 위치가 정말 좋았던 호텔! 프라하에서 갈만한 웬만한 곳은 다 걸어서 3-10분이면 충분하고 서비스도 그 어느 호텔보다 친절하고 좋았습니다. 주변에 프라하에 가는 분이 있으면 꼭 추천해 주고 싶은 호텔

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location close to Old Town. Josef, the concierge could not have been more helpful with his suggestions and offers of assistance. The doorman was equally helpful with welcoming us and helping us with our bags. Indeed, ALL the staff were professional, courteous and helpful. Due to our planned itinerary we did not use the hotel facilities to their full but I have not hesitation in believing that they would have been upto the standard that we experienced. Our room was well appointed , clean and modern. To top off our short stay, the hotel noted that it was my wife’s birthday on the day of our leaving and invited us to a birthday breakfast. This was entirely of their wish, there was no hint from either of us. I very rarely write reviews but on this occasion I feel it would be wrong of me not to write a genuine view of an exceptional hotel.!

地下鉄駅から近く、空港からのアクセスが良いです。また観光スポットの旧市街広場がすぐそこで朝早くから夜遅くまで街歩きを楽しめます。問い合わせをしたとこら、予約の部屋には、バスタブがなかったので、料金プラスで、クイーズベッドの部屋にグレードアップをお願いしました。ホテルの設備は、新しくデザインセンスがよく、スタッフさんんもスマートな外観で、フレンドリーな対応でした。スパ等のオプションは未利用なので、わかりません。お安くはないですが、快適な旅になり満足てす。

We loved the location. It was right around the corner of the main square. Shopping and dining options are plentiful. The cons were coffee available in the basement accessed with room key but then because it’s in the basement accessed with room key trough the elevator it was difficult to get 2 cups of coffee back to the room. Also the air conditioning was not in service they say. Room was warm and the fan at the thermostat wouldn’t kick in. Very warm to sleep in at night. They gave the excuse that the whole hotel was not turned over from winter to summer yet? Wake answer. If we would have know we could use the thermostat independently of every other room, we would have never booked here. Disappointed in their explanation. Hopefully if we ever come back they will have addressed that.

Très bonne expérience
L’expérience était bien en général, équipe très coopérative et à l’écoute (surtout le concierge que je remercie énormément). Le seul point négatif est le petit déjeuner, une refonte organisationnelle est inévitable.

Absolutely incredible staff! So grateful for the help of Joesph and Vladimir! They were incredible and so helpful! Everyone that we encountered here were great!

I usually never leave any reviews, I was expecting a good stay as I did read what other people Had to say about this property and of course it looked like an amazing hotel! But wow!!!! I was blown away; first with location, I swear it couldn’t get better!! Second; the room was soooo spacious! And it has everything you’ll need to feel at home away from home! I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here if I were to come back to Prague!

Dusty-Musty pied-à-terre
We stayed at a pied-à-terre category room with a small, Romeo and Juliet balcony. The room itself was very small, with just enough space for the double-bed. The balcony, as well, was very tiny, it was not a balcony, more like a little extension to the windows. I couldn’t fit to stand on it and close the doors behind me. Eventually, we got claustrophobic. The heavy musty smell lingered in the room at all times, even after the use of abundance of air fresheners by the housekeeping to mask it. Over and above that, the room was extremely dusty, with the particles flying in the air from settled dust. The only advantage was the location of the hotel. A stone’s throw from the Old Town Square. That’s it. Also, service at the reception and concierge desks were excellent. I will not come back.
