Weird smell in the room. One coffee machine at breakfast between the hundreds of people in the hotel is ridiculous. €10 per use of the gym is not a service that the hotel includes. It's a separate company, ripping off hotel customers.

Michelangelo Grand Hotel Prague
Shower drain drained slowly maid missed a day, didn’t replace face clothes as required and thermostats was never fixed … overall it was good. Front desk staff were always helpful. Would stay here again

Grandior Hotel Prague
Fantastic hotel would highly reccomend,spotlessly clean in every area. Lovely large bedroom,comfy bed,great powerful shower in bathroom. Large breakfast restuarant,with great,varied choice of foods both hot and cold. Hotel is 10 min walk from Old Town Square

Air conditioning didn’t work, and there was absolutely zero wiggle room on early or late check out. Room was clean but minimal.
