We requested a room change, but the second room was even worse, with broken items and very poor cleanliness. At that hour, we didn’t have time or energy to keep switching rooms, so we stayed. Overall, it was an absolute disaster and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid in Brazilian currency. I would not recommend this hotel."

A observação que faça é de cuidar ao extremo para não esquecer nenhum item no quarto, porquê eles não devolvem. Esqueci meu carregador do celular, item razoavelmente barato, liguei uma hora apos ter saído do hotél, e me informaram que não encontraram o carregador. "
