“Great hotel, very modern and new! A lot of great amenities and the breakfast was good as well. The pool was very clean and so were the rooms, the lobby always smelt so good. It’s also not too far from town it’s about a 10-15 minute walk.”

“Great location and great amenities. Loved our unit and loved all the individual pools for each area. Did not feel crowded. Breakfast was great. Dona Ana beach was right around the bend.”

“The view was magical and the pool was great. This made up for a couple of disappointments. The property is in need of a good refurbishment and the amenities are somewhat old. We felt that cleanliness was an issue too.”

“The address listed is not where the apartment is, and it’s not 5-8 minutes walk, you need a car to get to the beach, also the pool is not included. Management lied to us that they misplaced the pool keys and would come back the day later and then an employee told us that management told him that we did not have pool access. We could not find the address listed and wasted two hours trying to find it, after going to another address to pick up the keys we found out the apartment was located on a...

“We were promised check in at 4pm and if we checked in after 7pm, then they would charge us additional…well, the apartment wasn’t even cleaned till 7:30pm! Even after that, it had a bad odor from it, my wife and daughter refused to stay there so we left! It honestly looked like a very shady place to stay! The bathroom with the round jacuzzi tub was just that, no shower. Maybe if we were back in college on a limited budget, but definitely on at this stage of my life! Location was good and it...
