O apartamento estava tudo muito bom. Porém, não havia colheres nos talheres. Junto com as chaves do apartamento não tinha a chave que libera o carrinho para transportar as malas e demais materiais.

Horrível , a proprietária do apartamento não cumpriu com a reserva alegando já estar alugado para outra família , após me informar isso com minha reserva já efetuada a mesma me bloqueou do WhatsApp sem realizar nenhum tipo de suporte , não percam seu tempo pois é só dor de cabeça esse apartamento

Cheguei ao local e nao tinha ninguém responsável, após entrar em contato com atendimento ao cliente fui informada que minha reserva nao foi concluída,e datas escolhidadas nao havia mais vaga,depois de um bom tempo de espera consegui me hospedar por uma noite,perdi muito tempo p entrar no apartamento, qto ao local estava com um cheiro muito forte de cachorro molhado,utensílios velhos e quebrados e ao sair perdi muito tempo enviando fotos de tudooo,então paguei só para dormir,fiquei decepcionada pq perdi meu passeio,fui p limpar e nao me divertir

Horrível ! Agendei com 20 dias de antecedência, falei Com a Eliane por WhatsApp para confirmar dias antes, estava tudo certo, no dia da viagem a Eliane me manda mensagem 2hrs da manhã alegando que não poderia confirmar a reserva pois a unidade estava com overbooking e logo em seguida me bloqueou, não consegui contato com mais ninguém referente a isso. Tive que cancelar uma viagem programada a tempos por falta de profissionalismo da mesmo

Horrível

Péssimo. Reservamos dois dias com antecedência e quando chegamos ao local já havia hóspedes no nosso lugar. Não conseguimos falar com o proprietário e até agora nem com o Hotéis.com, não sei se haverá estorno, por enquanto ficamos apenas no total prejuízo.

Enganação

Cheguei ao local e o mesmo Já estava locado para outras pessoas q já estavam lá a dias, a proprietária só responde através de msg pelo whats, uma grossa sem educação e ainda por cima bloqueia as pessoas! Porteiro disse q só na mesma semana tinha ido mais umas 3 pessoas lá na mesma situação e q isso ocorre com frequência. Pq mais me admira e o hotéis.com não tomar nenhuma providência. Espero q seja cobrando nda em meu cartão, pois tive q ligar na Central e falar o ocorrido e fiquei na linha pendurada um tempão até cair na Central q só falavam em inglês. Um descaso!

Foi péssimo. Pois reservei pelo site hoteis.com e quando cheguei ao local, já havia outra pessoa hospedada. A então anfitriã, só conversou via whatts e ofereceu ajuda para encontrar um outro local de hospedagem. Mas como confiar em alguém que alugou para duas famílias diferentes?
