“늦은 밤시간에 도착했지만, 호텔대표가 픽업서비스를 해 주시고, 출국 때도 같은 서비스를 해주시는 것에 감동했다. 호텔 툭툭이로 어디든 친절하게 목적지까지 데려다주시고 픽업서비스까지 무료로 해주셔서 시엡립시내의 거리가 느껴지질 않았다. 호텔은 아담한 사이즈지만 직원 교육이 잘 되어 있어 친절하였다. 깨끗한 침구와 깔끔한 호텔, 친절한 직원들, 맛있는 조식, 매일 저녁 관광을 하고 돌아왔을 때 과일과 떡 서비스....마지막 날 비행시간이 늦은 밤이었지만 check-out이후 따로 방을 내어주는 서비스는 정말 감사했다. 무엇하나 나무랄 것이 없어 편안하게 5일의 휴가를 보낼 수 있었던 것에 감사한다.”
