“I was very disappointed with this stay. From the reviews and what amenities were listed on Expedia, I expected more. I had to talk to a manager several times just to get basic needs met including a clean room and still, wasn’t really paid attention to. I also noticed there was a significant difference in how European travelers were treated vs. minority travelers which I do not stand for or accept. It seemed like the rules were enforced more on guests that fall under minorities while white guests...

“Ich war bereits um 10 an der Unterkunft und wurde gleich freundlich empfangen. Mein Zimmer war geräumig. ”

“Prijs-kwaliteit was goed. Kamer is prima. Enige minpunt is de locatie aan een drukke weg, maar met het raam dicht was dit geen probleem.”

“Het was 23 min met de bus van het centrum van Luxemburg. Hotel was heel modern en netjes. Wij verbleven in een cozy room wat lekker knus was. Miste alleen koffie en thee. De Gridx was een leuk complex. Je kon er eten en genieten van een drankje.”

“Ottimo soggiorno con colazione, personale molto gentile. Cortesemente mi hanno permesso anche il check in anticipato, poichè sarei rientrato molto tardi la sera. Parcheggio gratuito davanti all'albergo. Consigliato!”

“호텔 자체는 신축 건물이라 매우 쾌적한 환경이었고, 인테리어와 조경도 모던하고 아름다워 인상적이었다. 직원들도 다들 친절하고, 특히 레스토랑에서 서비스가 매우 만족스러웠다. 다만, 대중교통을 이용해서 찾아가는 고객에게 좀더 자세한 안내가 필요하다고 생각한다. 국경 지역이어서 안내표지판도 제대로 없고, 특히, 버스정류장에서 호텔까지 걸어서 가는 길에 보행자 도로가 없어서 매우 위험하고 불편한 상황을 감수해야했다. 기차역에서 내려 버스를 이용해서 호텔을 찾아가기에는 매우 부적절하며 반드시 Arlong 기차역에서 택시를 타라는 안내가 필요하다. 호텔측에서 셔틀버스를 제공할 것을 제안한다. ”

“그냥 하룻밤자기 좋습니다 조식은 막 먹을게많은건 아니었습니다 주변에 인프라는 없습니다 차량이 있을경우 불편이 없습니다 또 가지는 않을듯요 도시이동시 잠깐 들리기에 나쁘지않다 정도입니다”
