“This hotel is exceptional. Itwas absolutely top notch. Could have been much dearer price. Breakfast was fantastic. Reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Supplied with dog bed for our terrier. Lovely town with lots of classy shops. Good dog walks. A must!!! Will hopefully visit again. PS. The hotel interior inc all decorations is outstanding. Not to be missed!!”

“This hotel is absolutely 5 star the owners and staff are so friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are soo beautiful and comfortable such attention to detail. As a vegetarian I had the vegetarian breakfast it was soo tasty I had it two days in a row I can honestly say I have never had such a good breakfast at a hotel before. Again the same goes for the evening meals. I recommend this hotel 100%. Location is perfect for discovering Ludlow and surrounding villages.”

Had a lovely ploughmans and sticky toffee pudding for lunch in bar area,really enjoyable.Nice patio outside for evening drinks!!!Breakfast was excellent set in a beautiful dining room,service was excellent especially from sue who went out her way to make it enjoyable!This was my first visit to the Castle Hotel of Brecon and it won't be my last!!”
