“The place is not at all clean dust everywhere, insects in the bathroom, a broken bathroom door, the linen had stains and looked like it hadn’t been changed in a while, the general smell is not pleasant, as you walk in there is a dirty towel at the door for shoe wiping instead of a ma, the bathroom is filthy with grime and a disgusting drain. “We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us.
