"Pensé en desayunar y cenar en el Hotel. Los precios excesivamente, altos. No le dieron mantenimiento a la piscina. Había vasos, envoltura de esquimalitos, botellas, latas de licor alrededor en la orilla de la piscina. Le dije a un empleado y no tomó acción ni sabía informar al respecto. Al ser tan caro el costo de la comida, las personas buscan delivery y los zafacones los 3 días estuvieron llenos. Las bandejas en los pasillos frente a las habitaciones (como 5). Por otro lado no hay diversión. No hay musica ni entrenimiento. Solo el Casino. En fin, esperaba más... no vuelvo! Claro soy una clienta, habrán personas con otra opinión."

"I stayed at this hotel last night, and while it is clear the property has been recently renovated, I did have some concerns. When I arrived in my room, I noticed a small cockroach, which was really off-putting and raised worries about cleanliness. The room appeared clean, but the sheets had a strong, unpleasant odor—like sweat—despite looking fresh. I also noticed that the carpet, although new, might not be ideal, especially for someone with asthma, as carpets tend to hold allergens. The staff was very attentive, and the location is excellent for a night out. However, I do hope they address these concerns."

"Excelente hotel con todas las comodidades necesarias para tener un estadía fenomenal. El staff muy atento y servicial. El desayuno super rico, nutritivo, y lo mejor que incluye comidas tradicionales de la isla. Regresar al pueblo de mi papá y desayunarme Farina fue regresarme a mi niñez. Definitivamente que volveremos!"
