“Overall, we had a good time. However, our first day and check-in experience was disappointing due to an interaction with Jesus at the front desk. The day before our trip, we called to request an early check-in since our flight was arriving at 1 PM. The gentleman we spoke with said it should not be an issue. When we arrived, a young lady informed us that our room was not ready yet, but that she would text us as soon as it was available. At 4 PM, the stated check-in time, we went back to the desk...

“The hotel is amazing! However the rooms you get via Expedia do not reflect the standard of the other regular rooms. (We had a tiny room squeezed in a corner and the view was obstructed by parts of the building: NOT what you would expect if you pay 700$ a night. ”

“Everything was beautiful inside & out. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. The pool was wonderful & the 5 O’Clock Somewhere bar & grill was right next to the pool & beach entrance. The food, drinks & staff were awesome. We used the 24-hr room service to have breakfast delivered each morning & ate on the balcony so we wouldn’t be rushed before heading out for tours in the morning. Loved it there & highly recommend!”
